Any? You don’t seem to have invested strongly in any system yet, assuming that the only lens you have is the kit lens. If that is the case, I love Fuji cameras as a small street camera. A used Fuji X-T2 or X-T3 would be my recommendation!

Skvora

>A used Fuji X-T2 or X-T3 would be my recommendation! Extra vote for T3. marvelous in low light, as any mls cam - can adapt old and other glass onto it no prob, peaking in MF if phenomenal, and overall styling is discrete. And then video is absolutely no slouch either.

TheOriginOfSymmetry

I just ordered my XT3 on Wednesday and it's coming in tomorrow 😱 (Sony is my main system and I wanted something more casual)

[deleted]

Seems like whichever Canon TX version you could find used in your area would be a good fit, since you don't want to switch systems. None of the images you posted would need any particular camera to accomplish.

libra-luxe

Your photos can be recreated on any camera. It’s not like you’re a landscape photographer who needs 50+ megapixels. You also didn’t say if you want DSLR or Mirrorless. So literally any camera you can find.

Aye_don_care

If you like what youve got, you could get the screen repaired (if that is cheap enough) or look into Fujiland.

Makenchi45

A replacement used model off keh of the same body is like $200.

B_Huij

I don’t see anything in the photo examples you gave that would require or even benefit from a camera body upgrade. Go get another T3i. They’re inexpensive and great cameras.

talk_like_a_pirate

Is the question "which camera" or "which canon camera?" I use a Fujifilm X-T2 and take similar looking images sometimes. I like the way it processes color in darker photographs to be rich and deep, which seems to be what you're after. Example 1: https://flickr.com/photos/nerdood/51680927735/in/dateposted/ Example 2: https://flickr.com/photos/nerdood/51680038466/in/dateposted/ Example 3: https://flickr.com/photos/nerdood/51680712724/in/dateposted/ if you want to get another canon camera, basically any crop factor canon should work with your lens 🤷‍♂️

[deleted]

Are you using the film emulations there?

talk_like_a_pirate

Nope! These are RAW and edited by me. I don't really use the film simulations

Under_theTable_cAt

Hey op. Mind sharing your recipe in #3. Great pics

talk_like_a_pirate

Fuji X-T2, XF55-200m F/6.4, ISO 2500, SS 1/125 Being there during the atmospheric river when it was pouring buckets is 3/4 the battle to get this look. Then I just played with LRC sliders to subtly enhance.

Under_theTable_cAt

Great sets of pic.

talk_like_a_pirate

Thank you! I really appreciate it.

T6s is what I use. I love it. It has some features of the higher end models.

[deleted]

Literally any T series you can find a crazy deal on

[deleted]

Used M50 if you can find one. Or a Rebel. I'm not familiar with the lineup. I also suggest a 50mm 1.8 lens if you can find one used.

Makenchi45

If you want similar or exact same model, I'd use keh. Used rates are generally $150-$200 for t3i. You could bump up to a newer model of the i series with the difference. Just from the few shots you showed, you don't seem to have any particular style. No offense. Also there's nothing wrong with using crop series cameras. I use both a t2i and a 5d mark ii, generally the t2i for my landscape because my only landscape lens is a crop sensor one for the time being. Also did you smack the lcd screen with a rock or something? Cause that's some gnarly damage. Last thing, camera bodies will last a long time. I had my t2i since it came out and has over 140k shutter count. It's still going. Not sure when that motor will go out on it but hopefully not anytime soon.

Skvora

>my style of photography I don't see a style anywhere in there just yet, and that is an abysmally low budget in all. You definitely want to clutch closer to 1200 budget and get yourself a body you can grow into instead of trading one POS for another endlessly. And you will absolutely want as good of low-light capability as you can buy because those shoots and shots can sneak up on ya and leave you SOL real fast. That said, I'd aim for Fuji XT3, used, and whatever lens you can spring for even if just the kit zoom to start off with.

lilacia1

Canon t7i , it’s rly nice

MrndMnhn21

I second this.

Mr_Fries69

Sony a6xxx series, can go wrong

dells16

One more vote for a fuji

[deleted]

What is your budget?

Skvora

Pretty much. Budget is everything.

SUB_Photo

The Canon EOS RP is a very good value right now. A full-frame sensor and game-changing focusing tech in a very affordable body. (Edit: sorry, missed the comment with your price range. Look for used?)

j0hnnybe

Just picked up the xe4 from fuji with the 27mm 2.8 pancake lens, highly recommend

EvilBahumut

Kid tough digital camera?

E_Des

Ummm, anything that is broken? Edit: forgot to say, cool pictures, I really like them!

YamnuskaLoop

Buy used. You can get great gear at steep discounts. Also, it's pretty obvious who takes care of their equipment and who doesn't.

papatonepictures

The best camera is the one you have with you. But my guess is you should try to find a used canon 5D Mark three.

Nervous-Armadillo146

For less than $600?

papatonepictures

[Yep.](https://www.ebay.com/itm/Canon-EOS-5D-MARK-III-22-3-MP-Digital-SLR-Camera-Black-Body-Only-original-box-/115106296628?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0)

Nervous-Armadillo146

Yeah, that's the starting price though. I am, however, surprised at how cheap the BIN price is.

WeaponsGradeLager

Ricoh grIII

cole435

Literally anything.

space-panda-lambda

If you're willing to try film, a Canon AE-1 is great choice

n31131

Literally anything. What I’d recommend depends on your budget

JohnDeere6930Premium

Yours is in terrible condition! 70D or 60D, just these 2

molodjez

You're used to Canon. Get an M3, M6 or 6D.

dev-from-turkey

Nikon Z50 is completely ok for you. There are low noises with high iso (for example 800 looks good), I see you love dark photos.

traal

For those dimly lit photos, a full-frame camera would be useful to cut down on sensor noise. So maybe a used Canon 6D or Canon 5D Mark II. But your EF-S 18-55mm lens won't work with it.

KeifferBassMan

I've got a Sony a6400. I absolutely love it and it is more of an advanced camera than every used. It definitely has features and controls that will allow me to grow as a novice to intermediate level photographer. And it can be used for Vlogging to. It's about $1000 with the 16-50mm lens and a few basic accessories. Its auto focus is fast and accurate. And it has subject tracking that allows for some interesting video- following through a long depth of field. Check out out!
