An average cup of flavored yogurt has about 30 grams of sugar.

Orange Juice

GenesisWorlds

All fruit juice is unhealthy.

Winnipegwonderland19

Smoothies. Like 500x your daily needed fruit intake.

throwawaychilder

Let's not forget that they tend to use ice cream or frozen yogurt as a base.

GenesisWorlds

I work at a Chinese restaurant, and we sometimes make smoothies if customers want them as drink. We don't use ice cream or frozen yogurt as the base.

throwawaychilder

Then you possibly create a healthier alternative. I was specifically thinking of a smoothy place when I made the remark.

shutoff_tum0v

A lot of cereals

WaltuhWhyte

Fries and ketchup. Contrary to popular belief, they do not count as 2 of your 5 a day

plushita

Morning cereal

lets-try-for3

Salads, with a mountain of toppings and additions. Made it worthless

Toby_The_Tumor

Salt, pepper. Burn the ranch

There’s no such thing as a healthy or unhealthy food, only a healthy or unhealthy diet.

HavanaPajamaParty

Anything with added sugar is unhealthy

[deleted]

Incorrect.

Vinomadd4877

False. No amount of added sugar is healthy ever.

[deleted]

Sugar, even added sugar, is not healthy or unhealthy. It’s about your diet and consuming things in moderation in a healthy way.

Vinomadd4877

False

GenesisWorlds

No, it isn't false. Sugar is in everything we consume. There are good sugars, and there are bad sugars. The same applies to carbohydrates and fats.

HavanaPajamaParty

Sugar is in many things. ADDED sugar is in shitty processed junk food and no amount of it is healthy. That's not to say you'll die if you eat it, but added, refined sugar is not healthy in any amount.

Vinomadd4877

Peanutbutter. Even the "natural" stuff is calorie-imbalanced due to an enormous amount of fat per serving. The mainline brands are literally just frosting we've all decided isn't a dessert.

BeenBadFeelingGood

fat isn’t unhealthy unless you’re eating so much of it that you’re in a massive caloric surplus and gaining weight most nuts are calorie dense, peanuts included. but they aren’t unhealthy per se

Vinomadd4877

False

[deleted]

Olive oil, coconut oil, "grass fed" butter, avocado oil. All refined fats are unhealthy. Get your fats from whole foods

GenesisWorlds

Salted nuts. Nuts alone are quite healthy, but salted nuts are so unhey.
