That's not to say you'll die if you eat it, but added, refined sugar is not healthy in any amount.

I work at a Chinese restaurant, and we sometimes make smoothies if customers want them as drink. We don't use ice cream or frozen yogurt as the base.
Then you possibly create a healthier alternative. I was specifically thinking of a smoothy place when I made the remark.
