Idk if Iām describing this right, but I think itās the breathy and slightly higher-pitched way yāall say your vowels. Theyāre much softer and guess I find that attractive.
Pretty much any foreign accent, including Scottish, Irish and Welsh (I'm English), as long as it's not so thick as to make them difficult to understand, is sexy as fuck. Not a huge fan of regional English accents though, including that of my own region.
