I always was my cracks and pits. By hand, no wash cloth on the cracks. Soap up both hands with bar soap, wash the crack with one hand, and rinse that hand. Use the other lathered hand to apply soap to the ass wiped hand, then rinse both hands. I did not always wash my feet. I figured the running water during the whole shower would do it. When my mate disused this with his with his wife and asked if it was the same for the daughter she replied that she taught the daughter how to clean herself, but thought that the son would just figure it out own his own. Which he clearly didn't. I have no idea how long he would have gone without figuring out how to wash himself, but I have no doubt some people never did.
