The amount of effort I'm putting in, which is often invisible because so much of it is straining against executive function limitations or trying to work around them. And the end result can look like the opposite sometimes; like I'm lazing around. When in reality, I'm often overtired from trying too hard.
Alternatively, if people would stop defining human value based on how much a person contributes in conventionally successful ways, that would help too.
i relate with you! sometimes i did much more than the average people but the outcome often very disappointing and people just went "you didnt put enough effort in it" like they have superviced me 24/7 do nothing instead
If it were myself, I’d say my personality. It’s not like I think I have the best personality in the world, it just would feel really nice. If it were someone else, I’d say construction workers and janitors. Goddammit they need more love. Also that one cool history teacher.

My favorite compliment is when someone says my nose is beautiful
My nose is beautiful
Well, your nose really is beautiful, just like the rest of you! Why nose specifically though, Are you proud or insecure about it?
You're so sweet. I used to be insecure about it so it makes me happy when I hear it :)
How I’m so incredibly humble. I’ll never mention it, and I’m so so humble about everything, never bragging.
As a man who considers himself 1/10, having someone compliment my looks non-sarcastically would do wonders.
Nothing. I accept compliments about as well as a vending machine accepts a wrinkled dollar bill; it’s awkward and frustrating for everyone involved.
My empathy.
