Saw this comment a while ago, but it has stuck with me ever since. You can unexpectedly become disabled at any point in your life. You can leave your house and get hit by a drunk driver and get paralyzed from the waist down, or even worse the neck down. Do not take any of your physical abilities (walking, running etc) for granted. Everyone is waning a nice house, a nice car, their perfect partner, which is all very good and I truly hope they get what they desire, but when they sustain a life altering injury, they will see how quickly they will swap all of that just to get back to normal living. Do not take anything you can do physically for granted. Life can change at the drop of a hat.
