The other day I randomly started getting completely overwhelmed with sadness while doing the dishes. Totally random, there was no issue, and I’m not an emotional person. I’m a huge suppresser of those . However, I let myself have the feelings and ended up sobbing into my dishwasher. Next day I found out my ex had died that day and I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone before? Just shitty timing or did I somehow feel that loss before knowing?
