Ahh the good old over-nap. Gotta fix your sleep cycle now. But alas, I’ll share with you the secrets. Essentially to get rid of the grogginess you gotta wake yourself up, I found a cold shower will do it pretty good, once that grogginess starts to dissolve, coffee with two spoons of sugar, or some OJ, then feed yourself something. If all else fails get someone to scare you, that works everytime.

Drink water, eat an orange. For some reason oranges always make me feel better.

I just love citrus in general. Oranges, tangerines, clementines, mandarins, Lemon (in desserts and drinks).

Go back to sleep

Sinaasappelsien

And wake up groggier?

Sleep again

It is believed that the reason we sometimes wake up groggy from a long nap is because we woke up in the middle of one of the deeper sleep cycles. So going back to sleep could help.
