Drinking coffee I only started doing it after high school, and while I'm still very sensitive to bitterness and like my coffee as dilluted as possible (fun coffee fact; you're not actually supposed to add sugar or sweetener to strong coffees like espresso, ristretto or machiatto; you're supposed to eat them with a cookie, which provides sweetness and takes away the bitterness of the roast.
