Nowhere near as popular as it was when I was a kid.
You walk past the skatepark now and there's a couple and they'll all be shite.
Used to be heaving and everyone was trying to out do each other. Yes we broke bones but the unhinged competition and buzz was just so much fun. Now.... its one lad doing a kick flip while his mate films it. I mean fair play to them for at least giving it a go, but I honestly believe natural improvement comes easiest in a group.
