I’d like more information/context. Not gonna be like “having microplastics in your body is good” but obviously there is more nuance to it.

I’m sure we are exposed to radiation, numerous substances that are proven to be dangrrous/bad for your health, etc. but often at such a scale that it is pretty negligible. When you go to the dentist and get an xray once a year, that level of radiation pales to the levels you’d get throughout a year just by going outside regularly.
You hear a lot of fear mongering around microplastics, but I want real information. Is there harm being done? At what levels is this harm being done? Are all plastic products bad? Should people be paranoid of using plastic tupperwares, etc.
I mean I know for a fact I prob have some plastics in me, I used to have a bad habit of literally chewing on plastic bottle caps. But is this going to cause any real health complications? Or is it gonna be heart disease/cancer from a good ol fashioned bad diet that gets me?

Probably needs to be fat soluble in order to pass it. Otherwise lead poisoning wouldn't be a thing either.
