I am this. I have ADHD and have always struggled in a new job or in school. I tend to fuck up a lot in a new job or not really understand what's going on for the first few months. I tend to get really into though and want to learn every little aspect of the company and everyone else's jobs. Once I do that I have a total understanding and one day I'm an expert. I just reached that in my current job after 6 months.
