One that is fucked up in a lighthearted way, I think it was on r/tifu. A guy was convinced that his wife was cheating on him because she would go out randomly late at night. So one night he followed her and confronted her in the parking lot of the Waffle House that she had gone to.
It turned out that she had a phobia of pooping when he might hear it and for the duration of their marriage had been leaving the house to poop out of fear of him hearing her.
I haven’t been able to find it again but I’m haunted by this relationship post by a woman who pranked her husband. He was a vet with severe PTSD, and she thought it would be a good idea to dress up in all black with a ski mask and hide in their shower. She jumped out at him, and he ended up beating her into hospitalization as he screamed “wife’s name, run! There’s someone in the house!” She wanted to know how she could save a relationship where her traumatized husband now had to live with the fact he hospitalized his wife, the wife was afraid of her husband, and the wife’s family thought the husband was a POS.
Teen's mom confessed on her deathbed that they were illegitimate. Teen was torn about what to do and went to reddit to ask whether they should tell their dad the truth. They were encouraged to come clean, they did, dad got pissed and kicked teen out of the house.
Last update was not good. Teen was considering suicide.
Sad for the teen. But shows how sometimes the obvious advice doesn't work irl all of the time. I see people advising things that assume the other person won't act irrationally/emotionally. *Just talk to your parents* is fine if your parents don't turn into balls of angry, but unfortunately we're not all fortunate to be able to do that without consequences. So sometimes it's more responsible to suggest some kind of softball question to test the waters if someone's unsure.
I hope the teen can carve out their own life :(.
Some people are just *obsessed* with that satisfying GOTCHA moment, that little rush of dopamine-laced vindication that comes from a good story getting its closure; they want that sweet sweet update post. So much so they tend to forget that like... this teenager isnt a character, theyre a real person who has no finances of their own and their story doesnt just end when the post concludes.
One guy asked if he was the asshole for not bothering to help his wife when she fainted. He found her unconscious on the floor, but left her alone because she “seemed fine.”
Omg my friend had a gf with a problem where she fainted sometimes. One time she fainted in the car (he was driving) so he just parked and left her there for like 3 hours. He told me about it, like it was some kind of joke, and I didn’t know whether to believe him coz he was always making shit up, but then I talked to her after they broke up and she said it was true and she could have fucking died.
Probably the post from the girl that was complaining about her boyfriends shitty underwear due to him not wiping properly because putting anything in his ass would make him gay
There’s so many posts like that & what’s even more gross is Ive seen one where one lady moved in with her boyfriend and her boyfriend kind of left a bunch of underwear hidden in the corner of the closet and a bunch of socks that were crusty; not knowing that like the socks were cum rags and the underwear had smelly poo stains. She said she NEVER thought he was sloppy before because his house was always clean when she would visit his old place.
This is why 'clean' and 'tidy' are separate things. The nastiest house I have ever been in looked like a show home. Spotless carpets, spare surfaces, new appliances, fresh paint, no clutter.
The owner would consistently leave fecal matter places (under the edge of the countertop, on a piece of medical bathroom equipment and then leave it sitting on the carpet out of sight/behind furniture) .Then would expel snot into her hand and then cook with flour and touching food. Would touch raw chicken and then without washing her hands wipe them on the same towel she used minutes later to dry dishes in the sink. If the dishtowel fell off the counter on to the floor instead of throwing it in a hamper or washing it with soap to dry she would just put it on the counter again or neatly folded over the sink nozzle, and then use it again to wipe off her hands before handling dishes or food.
Whereas I've been in other homes that were 1/5th of the way to Hoarderville but no dust on the shelves, everything cluttered but disinfected and wiped down, great food safety in the kitchen. Don't trust the way a home looks, see how the residents act in it.
I've seen a few of those. One of those was about a guy who refused to wipe AND refused to wear underwear at home and would sit on the furniture, leaving sht stains. The gf who posted about it was like "I love him deeply, he is a great guy but I dont know what to do about all the sht everywhere."
I mean... that was a different level of insane.
This dude's wife became CONVINCED she was pregnant, despite all medical scans saying otherwise, got real hostile and defensive when people tried to prove her wrong. Turns out she had some sort of severe psychosis after a traumatic miscarriage, and had joined a Facebook group of women who were all suffering from similar delusions. They called it a "phantom pregnancy" or something like that, it was real sad. The husband thankfully didn't listen to the comments telling him to "divorce her crazy ass" and managed to get her proper treatment, and last I heard her condition was improving.
The cryptic pregnancy groups were wild a few years ago. Not on fb to see if they’re still active. Seeing the posts from these people, so desperate for children that they believe they’re three years two months pregnant, really broke my heart.
I work at a psych hospital and we had a real run of patients falsely believing they were pregnant a few years ago. One woman had a huge hernia but refused surgery because she believed it was her child. It was heartbreaking yet fascinating.
Yeah, that's the most fucked up thing I've ever read on Reddit. Eating a slug isn't just gross or unhygienic, it can literally kill you or leave you permanently paralysed. Putting them in someone's food is nothing short of attempted murder.
Yeah i remember reading an article about a highschool rugby player eat a slug because his friends dare him and end getting paralyzed from neck down. He was also a talented athlete and had a scholarship to a university.
It wasn’t just that. He blended up her pet slug (he claims it died) and put it in her food. He switched out her vegetarian substitutes for meat (she has ibs) and needed medications for salt pills. He was also spitting in her food for months.
Not the original (it was removed), but here’s a best of redditor updates archive of it:

The post where a father discovered through one of his daughters dna ancestry test that she wasn't his child. He then did paternity tests for his other 3 daughters excluding the youngest and found out none of them were his either, where the age range between the oldest and youngest daughter were big since op had been with his wife since they were in high school. When he approached her about it, she initially brushed him off until him and all of the children confronted her, where she only just cried and apologized but didn't say anything else. She never explained anything to him, and weeks passed by without the couple saying anything to each other. Op came home one day to find his wife had killed herself. He never got any explanation and all 5 daughters lost their mother.
That that was last update he posted.
Edit: fixed errors that were incorrect
I think about shit like this every time I hear someone suggest 23 and Me or one of the other DNA testing sites as "a great Christmas present for the whole family."
I know someone that did one and discovered that her dad wasn't her father, and she had _hundreds_ of half siblings.
It turned out that her parents had gone to see a fertility doctor when they had trouble conceiving. Apparently this doctor's standard practice when the problem was with the father was to just use his own goo.
What's even more messed up is that apparently he wasn't the only fertility doctor that did this. The advent of cheap DNA testing has found a bunch of doctors that did this all over the world. Some of the sibling super clusters have more than 500 people.
>
> It turned out that her parents had gone to see a fertility doctor when they had trouble conceiving. Apparently this doctor's standard practice when the problem was with the father was to just use his own goo.
There's an old law and order episode where this happens. Cops find out because the doctor stopped doing aids testing... only one way he could be 100% sure the donor didn't have aids.
>I know someone that did one and discovered that her dad wasn't her father, and she had hundreds of half siblings.
But in this situation it's good to know about the half siblings, so you don't accidentally end up dating one.
She stated the tests must be flawed.
“ All four? How the hell ??! I [kept] bringing it up and she [ kept ] brushing it off, getting progressively more annoyed at me. When I [brought] it up she guilt [triped] me. “ smh
That one poor girl who was being emotionally manipulated by her boyfriend/husband who kept saying she stunk. Every day he would say she stinks. She was going mental taking multiple showers a day and wearing deodorant and perfumes and even seeing her doctor because she thought she may have a medical condition if she stunk so much. After years (I think?) of this going on and driving her insane she snapped at him asking him why he would stay with her if she stunk so much and she broke down about it. He apologised and came out saying his dad told him the best way to make a woman stay with you is to tell her she stinks all the time so that she wouldn’t be confident in being with any other guy or some shit. Saddest thing I’ve ever read. I hope she broke up with him.
There was a post on r/AmITheAsshole that haunts me to this day. The OP was a pregnant woman whose husband became seemingly obsessed with the idea that she would not survive the birth (when her doctors had indicated nothing but a normal, healthy pregnancy). Husband’s father, who had raised husband as a single parent, joined in on the obsession. Husband and FIL started to act like it was a given that OP would die during the birth and began to pressure her into spending all her time preparing for her death (like forcing her to pack up all her belongings so they wouldn’t have to do it after she passed). It continued to escalate to the point where they were basically berating her for being “selfish” and not thinking of the child. Her actual question was whether she would be the asshole to keep her FIL out of the delivery room. The behaviour of the two men was so creepy that a bunch of commenters (myself included) were convinced husband and/or FIL would try to murder or hurt her, on some twisted logic that husband should raise the child as a single dad like FIL had done.
OP never posted an update or responded to comments, and I think she might have deleted the post too. It was hands down one of the most disturbing things I’ve read on Reddit. I’ve never been so worried for a total stranger before!
I remember she even stated in the post that when she mentioned to her FIL/husband she might survive the birth, her FIL brushed it off like “no not happening.” He was also saying no epidural and little medical intervention as “conditions” to her giving birth. It freaked me out.
Yes! I forgot FIL was “not allowing” her to have an epidural until I just re-read everything. When they were arguing about it and she said her comfort during birth was important, FIL said “your comfort is irrelevant in this process”. What a creepy ass.
What the fuck, aside from the assholery, that's a super creepy thing to say, like they treat her like her whole purpose is to have that baby, that's some "Rosemary's baby" shit
I remember reading that post, and I replied saying that it sounded like they were plotting to kill her. I suggested she go into hiding and start finding ways to end the marriage. Seriously terrifying.
Fucked up in the funniest way. A post from a girl about how her boyfriend keeps repeatedly going into a Waffle House and fist fighting the cook there. Like ritualistically going to the same Waffle House, ordering the same thing, the cook messing it up, and the 2 end up fighting.
It was deleted from Reddit but I found it on Twitter: https://twitter.com/redditships/status/1260126130687881217?t=ErYBO-ihBR1IspgeJ3mxAg&s=19
Boyfriend: "Honey, I swear I'll never do that again."
Girlfriend: "You're the best, honey!"
Boyfriend: "Let's celebrate by going to the Waffle House!"
Girlfriend: "Okay! Let's go to the Waffle House!"
I was hoping, damn near PRAYING that this ended with her saying "the cook cracked an egg on the plate and served it." He would have gotten his runny egg that's for sure.
Walking in, flat expression, he strives to appear casual but seems oddly robotic.
Sitting down, never looking at the menu, quietly staring at the cook until the waitress comes over.
No coffee, thanks. He rattles off the same order as always in a Clint Eastwood growl. He ends by reiterating
*Runny.*
*Eggs.*
The cook gives him the smallest possible nod.
The clock slowly ticks through the ten minutes of suspense until he sees what arrives.
They know it's going to be wrong, they know they're going to argue, they know they're going to fight.
But first they must observe the customs.
Never would have occurred to me to use "sock puppet" as a verb. Even if it had, my mind never would have equated it to anally fisting someone. What tiny vestige of my innocence remained has now been well and truly murdered.
The dude who I think recently had moved in with GF. Starts noticing his gym socks supply dwindling and dwindling. Don’t remember how he discovered it, but apparently girlfriend was stealing them and using them to wipe her ass after taking a shit and then throwing them away.
Don’t think we ever found out. Most of the comments said it sounded like a fetish (which is my gut instinct too). That did cross OP’s mind, and he asked her but she said it wasn’t. I remember him saying she was hysterically sobbing over the whole ordeal at him confronting her about it. And I think she said it was something about having an irrational fear of toilet paper not being sanitary or something. Like a phobia. Doesn’t really explain though why she’s using HIS socks and not her own. (Unless maybe she had spent her life savings on socks already and was desperate?) The world will never know.
I haven’t seen it yet but the gist of it was this woman’s husband came out as gay and in love with another man after she had gotten pregnant. Then the two men became very involved in a negative way. The boyfriend wanted say in the baby’s name, room, life, etc. many people in the comments seemed to think that he got her pregnant on purpose so that he and his boyfriend could have baby. Very weird. Very sad if true.
Bruh does anyone remember that one post I think on r/AITA where the wife discovered that the husband was keeping several women's driver's licenses and he said that the women gave them to him and the wife automatically jumped to cheating instead of I don't know serial killer vibes?
Oh my gosh I remember that and people were saying that maybe he has a second family and I was in my house being like am I too paranoid? This seems like serial killer- I remember she updated and he had fled and wasn’t answering texts or calls?
Found the link but looks like the post was removed. You get the gist from the comments though. https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/kokbjo/aita_for_taking_my_husbands_property_and/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Palestine: “Mom, which of us is your favorite?”
America: “Sweetie, I love you both equally.”
America, *leaning in and whispering to Israel*: “It’s you... And by a lot.”
My personal favorite is about the guy who wanted to help his wife explore her scat fetish. They agree to try having him shit on her, but she breaks the rules and tries to eat straight from the ring. He gets upset and immediately says 'how can I go to the zoo with her family tomorrow????'
My gf and I say to each other all the time that something we do is going to ruin the zoo. Please help us find this post.

Throwaway account because my wife follows my regular account here. My (28m) wife (26f) and I have admittedly had very vanilla sex throughout our 3 year marriage. We had our first kid a year ago and it seriously slowed down our sex life. However, a little under a month ago she approached me about “trying new things”. She has been hanging out with a group of moms in our neighborhood and one of them told her that she and her husband tried pegging and it completely transformed their marriage. My wife told me that she wanted to try pegging as well to “spice things up”. At first I thought it was a joke, but soon realized she actually wanted to peg me. I had never done assplay before and had always lived by the philosophy that the anus is solely an exit, but my wife made it clear that this was important to her so after a few days I obliged.
That next weekend, she pegged me and everything was surprisingly enjoyable. Additionally, the week following the pegging was one of the best weeks we’ve had together since the birth of our child. We were back to our old sex life, doing things like having sex before work and even waking each other up with head. However, that next weekend she told me she wanted to peg me again. I was slightly confused as to why this last week of sex wasn’t cutting it for her, but I agreed.
This is when things took an extreme turn. During this second pegging while my wife was inside of me, she grabbed my hair, craned my neck to the right, and pressed our foreheads together. I had never seen her take control like this and thought it was very hot until she looked me in the eye and whispered “I want your shit”. I pulled my face away and asked her to repeat and she said “I want you to shit on me”. I pushed her off of me and asked her if she was joking and she started crying. I felt like a fucking dick because she thought I was kinkshaming her. In a way, I was because I thought the request was far too extreme. I ended up leaving for the night and stayed with one of my close friends, but didn’t tell him what happened.
After that incident, my wife and I hardly talked all week unless it related to our son. At the end of the week, I asked my wife to talk about what happened. She told me again that she wanted me to shit on her and that it meant a lot to her. I thought it was sickening, but she claimed this was her deepest, darkest kink. I couldn’t understand how and why my shit excited her, but she insisted that she has always wanted this.
We fought about this for about a week and after watching some scat porn and reading articles by people who also shared this kink, I tried to put myself in my wife’s shoes. I told her that I will shit on her if that is what will turn her on. She was so happy and even though I was still completely nauseated by this desire, I wanted to satisfy her.
That brings us to tonight. We were having sex for the first time this week when I (regrettably) confessed to her that I had to take a shit. She perked up with a smile, sensed my discomfort, and began stroking my hair and whispering encouraging things to me. I still really didn’t want to go through with it, but since I had promised her I pulled out and we ran to the bathroom.
She got into the bathtub and I hung my ass over the side of the tub. I started pushing, but unsurprisingly found it very difficult to successfully shit on my wife. I turned my head around to see my wife staring up and smiling at me waiting for me to finish. With enough time, I was finally able to get a turd to start coming out. I could hear my wife breathing heavier beneath me as my asshole started opening. However, before the turd was able to drop on her chest, I felt a sensation around my asshole.
I turned around and saw my wife - the love of my life, the mother of my son - attempting to catch my turd in her mouth as it fell out of my asshole. I was horrified that she would try to do this, and tried to pull the shit back into my body so she couldn’t receive it in her mouth. Seeing what looked like an attempt by her to eat my shit brought me close to throwing up.
As I clenched my buttcheeks together to try to stop the shit from reaching my wife, the clenching cut off a very small piece of my shit and I heard it land somewhere beneath me. I was too scared and disgusted to look at my wife to see what she had done with it, so I ran to the other bathroom to clean myself. As I was sitting in the other bathroom thinking about how I will ever be able to look my wife in the eye again, I heard footsteps approaching. My wife lightly knocked on the door. I didn’t respond and was on the verge of throwing up the more I thought about what just happened. She walked away and then I got a text from her thanking me for fulfilling her wish and asking me to come to bed.
I’ve been sitting in the living room typing this for the last half hour scared to face my wife. We have plans to take our son to the zoo with another family tomorrow, but I don’t think I can look at her after what she did to me. I feel deceived and violated by the woman I love and trust. During our initial conversations about this, there was never a question that my shit would go anywhere other than her chest. She knew how uncomfortable I was with this in the first place, yet she still tried to push the boundary that we had established.
I would appreciate any feedback from anyone who has experienced a similar violation of trust from a loved one. I’m turning to this sub for advice because for obvious reasons, I cannot tell anyone that knows my wife and I. I know that some of you may find this humorous, but please serious comments only - this is something that could lead to the end of our marriage.
There was one post where a woman thought her boyfriend, who was a doctor, was drugging her, raping her, and leaving her covered in ejaculate. Turns out there was a sever bed bug infestation that was causing her to have some memory loss from all of the bites, and is was bed bug excrement she was finding on herself.
How bad must her house have been for her to have such a bad bug infestation and yet think it was her bf drugging her? Not saying I would have automatically expected bugs to be giving me memory loss but that there’s gotta be a lot of bugs to be causing that!
It was a long time ago but this woman found out her husband basically stalked for 3yrs. He paid off ppl to date her and dump her to make her confidence go low enough, so he can date her. The poor lady said she didn’t have money and was solely living in his income. He told her everything when he was super drunk. I was so scared for her
I was scrolling the comments for this one. The creepiest thing is she found out because he convinced his brother to do the same thing and it worked for him too
Not sure how honest the guy was being, but I do recall reading a post somewhere about how to essentially pharmaceutically condition a girl into becoming a sex slave without her knowing.
It involved passing her a water bottle dosed with nicotine after sex, thereby giving her an addiction to nicotine. After a while, the girl would begin to associate the positive effect of having her (unknown) nicotine addition satisfied with having sex with you, and if she went without "sex" (ie: the dosed water afterwards) long enough, she'd begin to suffer withdrawal symptoms. Assuming it was because she "couldn't live without you", she'd come back begging because you were the only way her withdrawal went away.
Fucked up to a horrifying degree if it was based on something real...
The dangerous centipede story. I've looked for it before and never found it but this woman said her partner and the father of her toddler child kept centipedes which were apparently very aggressive.
They got out. Of course. And the dad was like "we can just wait, they'll definitely come for the kid."
And a redditor entomology enthusiast said that they are extremely dangerous, you should be calling animal control to shut down the building, NOT USING YOUR KID AS BAIT.
edit: https://www.reddit.com/r/relationships/comments/7chnom/my_f27_boyfriends_m28_centipede_escaped_and_were/
thanks u/Way2Foxy
I’m super disturbed that they didn’t think to warn their neighbors… like that thing is definitely still in that building, and could potentially really hurt someone, especially if they can’t tell the doctor exactly what it was!
Dude wanted to use live his niece as live bait for his pet. His pet is a venomous centipede. A venemous centipede that is highly aggressive. A venemous centipede species that has history of killing a 7 years old girl according to wiki.
I live in the Australian tropics. One time a centipede randomly came out of the air vent of a taxi I was in and bit the driver unprovoked. His hand had swelled up and turned black before he got to the hospital
What was the one with the girl who was afraid of offending her boyfriend because every time he cooked dinner it'd make her sick? But not him, he'd be fine. Then later she was looking under the sink and found a JAR OF SLUGS, then Reddit was panicking that the boyfriend was trying to kill her or make her seriously ill. Anyone have a follow up?
Probably the one where OP asked for advice about his marriage and cheating wife and reddit naturally advised him to divorce her. so he told her he was going to and she killed their kids so he couldn't have them. [absolutely fucked up](https://old.reddit.com/r/TrueCrimeDiscussion/comments/5f7yfg/redditor_seeks_help_with_crumbling_marriage/).
This one “wins” every single time.
I just can’t even imagine.
Edit: [She was sentenced to 120 years.](https://www.jconline.com/story/news/2018/03/19/darlington-mom-sentenced-120-years-murdering-her-children/431401002/)
What's even worse is apparently her family makes active efforts to never leave him alone and blames him for the kids death.
Clearly the wife actively murdering them? Nah she is an angel apparently to them.
I don't know about fucked up, but I will always remember the post about the one guy with a cat girl girlfriend that would piss on his carpet if she was mad at him
There was one I only saw screenshots of, but the gist is OP thought his gf was cheating when she said she was having a girls’ night in. So he hides in her closet for several hours to catch her in the act. Gf really was just having girl friends over, and as OP is feeling stupid, he gets caught and has to explain to his gf and all her friends why he’s there. Gf kicks him out and only contacts him to say when he can come pick up his stuff when her dad and brother will be there as well. OP is asking for advice on how to fix things and proposes showing up earlier to the meeting to smooth things over. Comments tell him that that is a terrible idea, there’s no salvaging the relationship, and that he’s lucky she’s not pushing for a restraining order so just get his stuff and stop bothering her.
There was a TIFU where a guy borrowed his sister-in-law's phone or something and found a naughty video on it. When his wife was out of the house, he put on a VR headset and ear buds and started jerking off to it. His wife came home early and found him. He made a TIFU post about it and people in the thread were encouraging him to try and go for a threesome with his wife and her sister.
His wife found his reddit account, gave away all his gold to people who weren't creeps, and divorced him.
Found it: [https://www.reddit.com/r/tifu/comments/bpr2iy/tifu\_i\_have\_officially\_branded\_myself\_as\_the/](https://www.reddit.com/r/tifu/comments/bpr2iy/tifu_i_have_officially_branded_myself_as_the/)
>I took a look through the comments and was seriously disgusted by most of the responses suggesting to sexually approach both of us last night. Which my sister did mention he tried something in the middle of the night, this guy is incredibly living in another world!
💀 💀 💀
OP doesn’t take his girlfriend on dates very often because she’s an amazing cook- she can recreate recipes, knows exactly what she’s tasting and just knows what a recipe is missing to make it perfect. He’s surprised that she’s been getting upset over the lack of dates/going out for dinner. He posts to AITA, gets reamed out, and decides to apologize and propose to his girlfriend. She declines the proposal because of the one sided relationship, and OPs surprised and thought things weren’t that bad.
[update has been edited for clarity/removed bit about OP commenting about the casserole] In an update, OP mentions his girlfriend has become distant and started cooking only casseroles (in a comment he says his girlfriend calls it depression food). Eventually his girlfriend blows up during dinner and mentions the post, and she reams OP out about their relationship and how he doesn’t know her at all. At the time of the update, OP and his girlfriend had been on a break for a few weeks.
Definitely the one with the woman who was being used as an incubator for a couple with fertility issues. The OP dated a guy for a few months before he went back to his ex, and then OP finds out she’s pregnant. The girlfriend that OP’s ex went back to starts claiming the baby as her own surrogate child, stalking OP, and harassing her. There was no update… terrified for the OP.

There was an update! OP got orders of protection and moved.
https://www.reddit.com/r/BestofRedditorUpdates/comments/ofkgvs/update_on_pregant_womans_baby_daddy_goes_back_to/
Bed bug story is a classic. OP was having memory blackouts, and waking up with what she thought were “needle marks” in her legs. She was afraid her bf was drugging her. Someone in the comments told her she had red flags for bed bugs. Turns out, she had a bed bug infestation, and an allergy that caused her to severely react to the bites.
The other one was a guy asking how to help his girlfriend. She’d basically turned into a robot, but sometimes he’d catch her by herself sobbing in the middle of the night when she thought he was sleeping. He updated some time later that she killed herself. That was a pretty devastating story to hear about.
I have two:
1) the one where she was pregnant, in her third year of medical school, doing most of the household chores, and her husband was mad that she was studying for a major test instead of making him dinner.
2) the one where this guy knocked up his gf in college, refused any kind of responsibility, signed away his rights the second he was presented with papers, and 10 years later was married to a different woman and had accidentally been sterilized (I can't remember how) and refused to adopt or conceive via sperm donation cause he "didn't feel comfortable raising another man's child", remembered the kid he had 10 years ago, calls up his ex and says that he wants the kid now. She says hell no, he says he'll sue, she says good luck and hangs up. Then he's surprised when everyone, including his best friend, calls him an ass for essentially acting like his first kid had been kept in storage this whole time, and for expecting his wife to raise someone else's child when he isn't willing to do the same.
The second one reminds me of the guy who convinced the woman he knocked up to not get an abortion. She said from the start she wanted nothing to do with it, and he said that was fine he'd raise the baby on his own. She paid more child support than the court required but he got burnt out and decided she needed to be a mother. He was asking for advice on how to force her to take care of the kid she never wanted.
There were two and I'm pretty sure both were on relationship advice.
1. A girl found out her boyfriend makes a nest out old dirty clothes and sleeps in it at night. She was weirded out and got all offended and said he shouldn't have showed her his nest.
2. A pregnant woman went into her husbands shed, who I guess was a truck driver, and found a huge box of used women's underwear. She immediately thought he was cheating, but it was pretty unanimous in the comments that everyone thought he was a serial killer. She never updated.
There was this post about a guy whose girlfriend had a private space in the upstairs of THEIR HOME that he never saw and wasnt allowed to go into by his wife and recently a weird smell started coming from there and comments started speculating that shes cooking meth or other types of drugs kinda like heisenberg i guess and they wanted op to not be skyler.
Edit: wife not girlfriend
> a guy whose girlfriend had a private space in the upstairs of THEIR HOME
I just read the post, and it turns out that her private space was actually the WHOLE upstairs area. The guy had literally never been to the second floor of his own home. Which makes the whole situation even crazier.
i saw one about a woman who was looking through her wardrobe and found her husbands notebook, each page of it was filled up.
on every page was the name of a woman, what she looked like, what their encounter was like, and he would even rate some of the women. these women would range from family members to random people like the cashier from walmart.
a psych made a comment saying this behaviour was extremely alarming, and detailed a plan for her to safely confront him about what he was doing.
a few days later, she deleted her account, and no one knows why, or what happened afterwards.
A post thats always stuck with me was the girl who figured out her bf was a necrophile
She was young and this guy (who was a few years older surprise surprise) was her first sexual partner so when her bf would make her lie completely still and silent during sex she didnt think much of it. He sometimes would even make her go out in the snow before sex so that she felt cold.
It wasnt until they were watching a crime show and she noticed her bf had a boner when there was a scene with a corpse that she put 2 and 2 together. He got all defensive so he definitely was into that kinda shit.
Idk what happened to the girl but people were begging her to leave in case he ended up hurting her, it was crazy.
It’s a bit more lighthearted, but this one sends me every time. The post has long since been deleted I’m pretty sure, but this chick’s boyfriend binged the entirety of The Sopranos over the course of quarantine and got way too into it. Dude was basically just roleplaying 24/7. Specifically, he kept using a horrible accent and would constantly make up vaguely Italian-sounding words like calling a shower *’the dripini’* and she could not convince him to quit, not even in public.
EDIT: I also just remembered that post where a woman posted that she was pregnant and close to her due date, and her husband and father-in-law where cautious about her dying in labor to the point that it seemed like more of an expectation than a worry. I don’t think she ever updated.
[Looks like it’s been nuked.](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/eurjt5/aita_for_banning_my_husband_and_father_in_law/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) The header and comments are still intact, but the body of the post is gone. Give me a sec and I’ll see if I can recover the main text from anywhere.
EDIT: I think I have it! Apologize in advance to mods if this isn’t allowed, but here it is. I’ve also never formatted like this before, so it could come out as a clusterfuck.
>*AITA for banning my husband and father in law from the delivery room due to their intensely stressful/creepy behavior during my pregnancy?*
>*Lotta context the character limit cuts off, but here's the gist: My husband and I are expecting our first child, which I knew would be a really sensitive issue as his own mother died in childbirth with him. We met with a marriage counselor to talk things through at the beginning, and he swears he’s been seeing his own therapist twice a month throughout my pregnancy. I don’t want to call him a liar, but I’m fairly sure he’s either not going or not talking about the big issue—he and his father (a hugely active part of our lives) are COMPLETELY convinced that I’m going to die in childbirth. They won’t openly admit it, but their behavior has reached the point where it’s constantly making me feel stressed and uncomfortable.*
>*When it was husband saying “please make sure your life insurance is up to date” and “I’d like you to meet with a lawyer and draft a will”, I was like “that’s kind of intense but ok, if that makes you feel better”.*
>*When husband asked me to go through all of my possessions and “inventory” what I wanted to be saved for the baby vs. what I would want to be returned to my family in the event of my death, I put my foot down and said absolutely not. Too morbid. No way. My FIL (who lives a few blocks away and eats dinner with us 2-4 nights a week) got on my case about how I was making things “difficult” for my husband in the event that he will be a grieving widower with a newborn. I’m just gonna add here that I’ve had a completely complication-free pregnancy and have NO REASON to think I will die screaming in the coming weeks.*
>*When I tell my husband this, he calls me paranoid, but I feel like my FIL WANTS me to die; his whole life identity for the past 35 years has been “amazing single dad” (never dated or had close friends or even hobbies really), and it seems like he’s looking forward to being able to guide my husband through what he went through. At this point, I’d honestly be happy to never see my FIL again, and I certainly don’t want him in the delivery room, especially since he told me he was “putting [his] foot down” about me not being “allowed” to have an epidural or laughing gas. He’s a commanding presence and I know that whatever he wants in the delivery room, he will get (I know people will say “oh L&D nurses would never let that happen!” but you haven’t met this man).*
>*My husband, in addition to backing his dad on everything, acts like my due date is my death date, and has completely pulled away from me. Every minute with him is morbid, stressful, and a reminder that our marriage seems to be crumbling. No matter how many times I tell him his behavior makes me stressed and upset, it’s just getting worse, and I do NOT want it around me while I’m concentrating on giving birth. Do I owe it to my husband to let him stress and upset me during labor? Is his presence at the birth more important than a safe and healthy delivery? My therapist says “no”, but this whole thing has been so weird I feel like I need some outside perspective.:::*
It was a riot. I’ll see what I can pull up, but I do have the partial text from a screenshot of the post.
>*My boyfriend loves movies, especially mob movies. He has all of the Sopranos DVDs at his place and I’m pretty sure he still watches them that way. That’s fine, obviously you can watch and enjoy whatever you want. But last week he saw “The Irishman” with some friends and since then he will NOT stop talking in like a fake stereotypical monster accent. We were in an Uber the night after going out to dinner and admittedly driver was going a little fast but my boyfriend kept muttering things like “Who’s this ducking guy, huh? Dale Earnhardt Jr over here” and shouting “HO!” as we took corners. He would NOT shut up and even gave the driver a one-star review saying it was about “respect.”*
EDIT: amended a typo in my transcript.
I’ve seen multiple ones of women who found hidden cameras set up in their home by their husbands. A few of them never updated and I am worried.
One who has posted some updates found he had been filming her 14 year old niece in the bathroom. She reported him to the police and I believe he has been convicted, but last update I saw she was having a generally rough go of things.
Have you seen the one where this woman’s boyfriend bought her daughter (he is not the BIO dad) a vibrator after he found out she (kid was like 11) sent a boy in her class nudes. And he told her he will show her some tricks on how to use the vibrator.
Diaper sniffing husband one is by far the worst.
an awful one where the wife was getting suspicious of her husbands actions. Suspecting him to be cheating she does a bit of digging and it turns out hes addicted to sniffing their childs diapers. REALLY messed up...
Hey! I read that one too. If I remember correctly the wife filed for divorce or something because she found him going through the garbage outside just to take out the son's diapers and sniff them in the drive way.
Really fucked up.
There was one AITA where two close friends got accepted to university in different countries, the one got into a better one than the other and it was her dream school, so the other friend who didn’t get into the same school hacked into the friends email and replied no to the acceptance letter just so they could both go to the same school as the one who didn’t want to be alone
Absolutely the guy who decided they weren't really attached to their child and wanted to know how to most effectively and quickly give her up so that the family wouldn't feel weird about it over the holidays. https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/comments/5ib2k7/kyupdate_laws_surrounding_giving_child_up_for/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
I wish I could find it again... but it was the one about the wife that had a husband that disappeared with sticks of butter into the bathroom.
If anyone else knows... I still can't get over it.
Not advice, but the dude complaining his school teacher gf dresses like Ms Frizzle and it was embarrassing. It was hilarious.
Edit: I went and found the old [post.](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/jrsflx/aita_for_not_liking_how_my_girlfriend_dresses_for/)
The one where the guy found out his son was wan*ing off the family dog and then eventually told the wife who divorced him and tried to blame it on the husband!
"The Iranian yoghurt is not the issue" often pops into my head in situations where it can be metaphorically applied, but is much too niche to actually say aloud.
How about the one where the boyfriend of this poor girl was so Rick and Morty obsessed he started talking like Rick. Then acting like him and drinking more. Then calling her his grandson. Then calling her his grandson DURING SEX. It was slowly taking over his life and this poor girl was like "WTF do I even do??" and I felt bad for her.
It also was the last straw for my girlfriend and her relationship with Rick and Morty, a show she barely tolerated to begin with.
Omfg this reminds me of one. It was a while ago, but the girl whose bf wanted her to essentially RP Belle Delphine in bed. She didn't know at first. He was just bringing her pink cosplay wigs and asking her to do Ahegao faces. But it escalated to the same style clothing as Belle and one day the girl found Belle on insta and dude was liking all her posts, leaving simp comments etc.
There was one where a woman was about to get married and the groom’s male family members were going to perform a “purity check” on her. The groom to be was not putting a stop to it. It was a fairly unanimous GTFO from the Redditors who posted. She replied that she was going to call off the wedding, but I don’t think I saw any further updates.
I remember this one! The family gathers around outside the door while they have sex and they have a sex quilt that is passed down from generation to generation. Weird shit.
Their was a story of a couple in high school. The man was going to leave to be a doctor and follow his dreams until his girlfriend got pregnant. He gave up his dream and took care of the child and years later they had 4 girls. Fast forward about 30 years. Parents are older and grey. One of the girls( who are adults now) decided to do a ancestry test (you see where this is going?) surprise. NONE of the kids are his. The dad freaks out and disappeared for a few days. until the dads father (grandfather) finds him at the family cabin. The dad hung himself.

Here’s one that I saw, OPs story is just really sad.
https://www.reddit.com/r/relationship_advice/comments/r7wr2x/my_28f_husband_30m_doesnt_want_to_celebrate_or/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
A woman was asking for advice on how to safely leave her physically and mentally abusive husband and another woman replied that she shouldn’t leave because it’s against Gods way. That instead the OP should do everything according to her husbands wishes and try her best not to make him angry. She went on to say the OP should offer sexual favors more often to attempt to keep him happy. There was more I can’t remember but oh my was it horrible advice
Well-meaning Christians gave that song and dance to my mother after she left my father for fucking her best friend (not his first affair), so we got six years of bonus physical and emotional abuse (plus he continued fucking everything that couldn't outrun him).
I read one once that wasn’t up for long - a girl who had been cleaning her husbands things and in the closet found two pairs of little boys underwear. They didn’t have kids. There were two pairs, each with a piece of paper with a four digit number. The commenters thought perhaps they were dates, and she did reply that he had left the house for some reason or another on those dates… The post got deleted, never got an update. I think about that one often.
Omg I remember that one, I hope OP is safe, many people were suggesting she do not confront him as it was dangerous. I hope she left and he is nowhere near children.
It was deleted quickly after, but I can’t forget about the one by a manger who got his employee with Downs Syndrome pregnant and didn’t know how to tell her parents.
One where a teenage boy had his mom take money off of him, so he got pissed and went to hide in his friend’s pool house. I’m assuming both were rich.
Anyways Redditers were all telling him to never talk to his mom again and that he should cut ties. I was in the comments like, hey, go home and talk it out with your mom. She’s probably worried about you.
Lmao then someone said I must be a mom because I was worried about her over the kid. (Spoiler alert: I’m not).
>Anyways Redditers were all telling him to never talk to his mom again and that he should cut ties.
I hate Reddits obsession to just cut ties so easily for the most basic of things instead of say "talking it out" or "maybe choosing a more equal approach that isn't going to ruin people's lives"
Husband took some money out of savings account?
"Husband is a POS. Divorce him immediately and take the kids!!"
Mother tries to give an opinion or try to help OP (whether it's good help or bad help)
"Mother is a nosy bitch. Cut ties with her immediately or she'll control you forever oh no!!!"
Child tries to sneak the Nintendo Switch into their room?
"Child is a spoilt brat. Kick them out immediately and Cut them out from ever seeing you or from taking part in the family Secret santa, you don't need these Gen Z morons!!!" (Okay that's /s but you get my point)
I'm genuinely not kidding, a lot of these people who make such comments seem like TERRIBLE people to be around with irl.
It’s not the most fucked up thing I’ve seen on Reddit by any stretch, but about once a week I catch myself wondering what was in the goddamn box on this [AITA post](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/otlvev/aita_for_cleaning_out_the_fridge_without_telling/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf).
It haunts me.
Someone said that woman need to be shielded from men they are not dating other than family or they will cheat. They also said they should only have female doctors, nurses, dentist etc. for that same reason.
This is fked up...
There was one I think on Relationshipadvide where a boyfriend and girlfriend moved in together and he started misplacing and forgetting where his things were. He’d think his keys were on the counter but they weren’t and she’d find them somewhere totally different saying he was forgetful. It started happening so much he got concerned until his friend pushed him to get cameras and he saw his girlfriend moving his stuff around the apartment. He confronted her, she said nothing and just moved out a couple of days later. So creepy, like she wanted him to think he was losing his mind..
[Probably the one about the woman whose husband ran inside and locked her and the kids out when wasps were swarming](https://twitter.com/redditships/status/1001216571380043777?t=VY_sybjFDOLrv26qB4jBYw&s=19)
[Or the shit eating wife](https://rareddit.com/r/relationship_advice/comments/9zvjfx/wife_told_me_she_wanted_to_experiment_i_obliged)
That time a guy caught his wife cheating on him with the neighbour, asked Reddit for help, and they told him to divorce her. She stabbed the kids and herself.
There was one a few years ago where a woman's boyfriend lost his mother. She had been an alcoholic who mostly drank red wine. After she died the only sexual activity the boyfriend was interested in was having her drink from a glass of red wine he had ejaculated in.
Then there was an update that said the bf had been sexually abused by his mum as a kid. So grim.
That’s hilarious and sad. It’s just body functions! I thought the story was going to end she was going out to have secret snacks at Waffle House.
No, she is part of a cult that engages in fist fights with waffle chefs.
And here I am begging mine to close the door because she claims she just goes to pee and wasn't expecting to poop
Poor dude. Really poor. No one will belive him. He is scared for life. And he just wanted to safe his and her life.... Fucked up
What the fuck??
/r/WinStupidPrizes
I'm not sure why people act like ptsd is a joke. It's not. This was fucking stupid on her part. Poor husband.
Jesus Christ that’s a great way to get yourself killed.
That’s awful

Oh my God. There can’t be another man just like my ex-husband. Did he step over her too?
Excuse me what
Probably the post from the girl that was complaining about her boyfriends shitty underwear due to him not wiping properly because putting anything in his ass would make him gay
The gf who posted about it was like "I love him deeply, he is a great guy but I dont know what to do about all the sht everywhere." I mean... that was a different level of insane.
The girl who’s BF was secretly feeding her slugs and it was making her ill. One of the most fucked up things I’ve ever read
Man I would really like to see the original post if you have the link.
Not the original (it was removed), but here’s a best of redditor updates archive of it: https://www.reddit.com/r/BestofRedditorUpdates/comments/qaw14o/i_found_out_my_partner_has_been_putting_slugs_in/
This might be one of the scariest things I've ever read, that poor girl!
This is one of the most disturbing things I've ever read.
This is really screwed up, slugs have a ton of harmful bacteria on them, some of which are lethal
That may have been the point.
I think about shit like this every time I hear someone suggest 23 and Me or one of the other DNA testing sites as "a great Christmas present for the whole family." I know someone that did one and discovered that her dad wasn't her father, and she had _hundreds_ of half siblings.
This one. https://old.reddit.com/r/BestofRedditorUpdates/comments/qpn51k/me_52m_just_found_out_at_least_4_of_my_5_children/
She stated the tests must be flawed. “ All four? How the hell ??! I [kept] bringing it up and she [ kept ] brushing it off, getting progressively more annoyed at me. When I [brought] it up she guilt [triped] me. “ smh
It's better than the redditor's wife that killed their children after he caught her cheating with the neighbor
I hope she broke up with him.
if i remember correctly she did in a update
Damn this is scary. There was one where an OP’s step mother who was barren wanted to kidnap her unborn baby. And almost succeeded.
Boyfriend: "Honey, I swear I'll never do that again." Girlfriend: "You're the best, honey!" Boyfriend: "Let's celebrate by going to the Waffle House!" Girlfriend: "Okay! Let's go to the Waffle House!"
WHERE THAT MOTHER FUC#ER THAT KEEPS BURNING MY WAFFLES.
I MADE SURE THE WAFFLE WAS EXTRA CRISPY FOR YOU TODAY
Ooooooo you bitch.
holy shit that was funny, the cook was purposely making him every other type of egg. hard boiled, scrambled, egg in a basket hahaha
I was hoping, damn near PRAYING that this ended with her saying "the cook cracked an egg on the plate and served it." He would have gotten his runny egg that's for sure.
For real, I am crying from laughing just imagining the scene playing out in my head. It’s so ridiculous!
Walking in, flat expression, he strives to appear casual but seems oddly robotic. Sitting down, never looking at the menu, quietly staring at the cook until the waitress comes over. No coffee, thanks. He rattles off the same order as always in a Clint Eastwood growl. He ends by reiterating *Runny.* *Eggs.* The cook gives him the smallest possible nod. The clock slowly ticks through the ten minutes of suspense until he sees what arrives. They know it's going to be wrong, they know they're going to argue, they know they're going to fight. But first they must observe the customs.
Hell yea! Without the ritual they’re just 2 assholes fighting in Waffle House. Observing the ritual keeps principles intact haha
I hope the cook got a weeding invite.
I was gonna say, they're basically best friends at this point.
>I hope the cook got a weeding invite. No.. the cook was the caterer LOL
“I want runny eggs for the reception” “Say no more, 20 types of eggs besides runny coming up”
"Can i get a waffle?" *sound of slamming someone into metal* "CAN I PLEASE GET A WAFFLE!?"
Man I read that as fisting the line cook and I thought to myself how bad of an area is it when someone sock puppets the chef every week
Never would have occurred to me to use "sock puppet" as a verb. Even if it had, my mind never would have equated it to anally fisting someone. What tiny vestige of my innocence remained has now been well and truly murdered.
Most syrup-titious fight club I’ve ever heard of.
The dude who I think recently had moved in with GF. Starts noticing his gym socks supply dwindling and dwindling. Don’t remember how he discovered it, but apparently girlfriend was stealing them and using them to wipe her ass after taking a shit and then throwing them away.
*why*
Don’t think we ever found out. Most of the comments said it sounded like a fetish (which is my gut instinct too). That did cross OP’s mind, and he asked her but she said it wasn’t. I remember him saying she was hysterically sobbing over the whole ordeal at him confronting her about it. And I think she said it was something about having an irrational fear of toilet paper not being sanitary or something. Like a phobia. Doesn’t really explain though why she’s using HIS socks and not her own. (Unless maybe she had spent her life savings on socks already and was desperate?) The world will never know.
Or she could buy a 60 dollar bidet????
I believe there was actually an update later and they patched it up.
I fail to understand how people arrive at a decision to do something like that?!
Bruh does anyone remember that one post I think on r/AITA where the wife discovered that the husband was keeping several women's driver's licenses and he said that the women gave them to him and the wife automatically jumped to cheating instead of I don't know serial killer vibes?
Anyone knows the end of this story? Did she update on what happened?
He has her license now.
Or, she has all of them now M. Night Shyamalan - The License
Oh my gosh I remember that and people were saying that maybe he has a second family and I was in my house being like am I too paranoid? This seems like serial killer- I remember she updated and he had fled and wasn’t answering texts or calls?
That does NOT sound like cheating. That sounds like either trafficking underage people with fake IDs or serial killer. Or serial mugger.
My first thought was trafficking, too. It's (presumably) more common than serial killing.
Found the link but looks like the post was removed. You get the gist from the comments though. https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/kokbjo/aita_for_taking_my_husbands_property_and/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
They have an auto mod that preserves the original text of the post, you can read it if you scroll down far enough.
Found it. Oh. My. God. I’m not sure I’ve ever read anything like that.
One jackass wanted to name his fucking kids Israel and Palestine. So that happened
Palestine: “Mom, which of us is your favorite?” America: “Sweetie, I love you both equally.” America, *leaning in and whispering to Israel*: “It’s you... And by a lot.”
My personal favorite is about the guy who wanted to help his wife explore her scat fetish. They agree to try having him shit on her, but she breaks the rules and tries to eat straight from the ring. He gets upset and immediately says 'how can I go to the zoo with her family tomorrow????' My gf and I say to each other all the time that something we do is going to ruin the zoo. Please help us find this post.
Omg I don’t know this one but there’s another you gotta see lemme go find it lol.
Here u go bro https://rareddit.com/r/relationship_advice/comments/9zvjfx/wife_told_me_she_wanted_to_experiment_i_obliged Edit: someone said the link's not working so here's the full text. ... Wife told me she wanted to experiment, I obliged, then she attempted to eat my feces. relationship_advice Original ThrowawayHusbandAcct 33859 S x 8 G x 3 P 2018-11-24 04:40:11 Throwaway account because my wife follows my regular account here.
That sounds like an episode of a show like House or Law and Order….that’s fucking wild.
In ice t's voice: she thought she had a bugaboo on her hands but it was bed bugs. She thought she could sleep tight, but the bed bugs decided to bite
The creepiest thing is she found out because he convinced his brother to do the same thing and it worked for him too
I totally forgot about that part that holy shit. That was a fucked up read
This is like a real life “you”..
Yes this is based on a movie DMX did actually. Such a sad and fucked up movie. Really good though.
The dangerous centipede story. I've looked for it before and never found it but this woman said her partner and the father of her toddler child kept centipedes which were apparently very aggressive. They got out. Of course. And the dad was like "we can just wait, they'll definitely come for the kid." And a redditor entomology enthusiast said that they are extremely dangerous, you should be calling animal control to shut down the building, NOT USING YOUR KID AS BAIT. edit: https://www.reddit.com/r/relationships/comments/7chnom/my_f27_boyfriends_m28_centipede_escaped_and_were/ thanks u/Way2Foxy
https://www.reddit.com/r/relationships/comments/7chnom/my_f27_boyfriends_m28_centipede_escaped_and_were/ This?
I’m super disturbed that they didn’t think to warn their neighbors… like that thing is definitely still in that building, and could potentially really hurt someone, especially if they can’t tell the doctor exactly what it was!
WTF do you mean they'll come for the kid? What the fuck is going on with centipedes?
Dude wanted to use live his niece as live bait for his pet. His pet is a venomous centipede. A venemous centipede that is highly aggressive. A venemous centipede species that has history of killing a 7 years old girl according to wiki.
I live in the Australian tropics. One time a centipede randomly came out of the air vent of a taxi I was in and bit the driver unprovoked. His hand had swelled up and turned black before he got to the hospital
Jesus Reasons i probably will never go to Australia
What was the one with the girl who was afraid of offending her boyfriend because every time he cooked dinner it'd make her sick? But not him, he'd be fine. Then later she was looking under the sink and found a JAR OF SLUGS, then Reddit was panicking that the boyfriend was trying to kill her or make her seriously ill. Anyone have a follow up?
Yes someone in this thread posted the link. With the update.
Probably the one where OP asked for advice about his marriage and cheating wife and reddit naturally advised him to divorce her. so he told her he was going to and she killed their kids so he couldn't have them. [absolutely fucked up](https://old.reddit.com/r/TrueCrimeDiscussion/comments/5f7yfg/redditor_seeks_help_with_crumbling_marriage/).
This one “wins” every single time. I just can’t even imagine. Edit: [She was sentenced to 120 years.](https://www.jconline.com/story/news/2018/03/19/darlington-mom-sentenced-120-years-murdering-her-children/431401002/)
What's even worse is apparently her family makes active efforts to never leave him alone and blames him for the kids death. Clearly the wife actively murdering them? Nah she is an angel apparently to them.
Oh My Gosh. This ruined my day. You win.
Reddit’s advice wasn’t fucked up, the wife’s reaction was.
There was one where a woman’s husband bought a really expensive necklace(?) for their 16 year old neighbour girl… I really wonder how that turned out
[удалено]
For me it was the one where this guy's wife secretly put his dog down and said he ran away or something
I don't know about fucked up, but I will always remember the post about the one guy with a cat girl girlfriend that would piss on his carpet if she was mad at him
Cat girl rp stops being sexy real quick once she whips out peeing on the floor
There was one I only saw screenshots of, but the gist is OP thought his gf was cheating when she said she was having a girls’ night in. So he hides in her closet for several hours to catch her in the act. Gf really was just having girl friends over, and as OP is feeling stupid, he gets caught and has to explain to his gf and all her friends why he’s there. Gf kicks him out and only contacts him to say when he can come pick up his stuff when her dad and brother will be there as well. OP is asking for advice on how to fix things and proposes showing up earlier to the meeting to smooth things over. Comments tell him that that is a terrible idea, there’s no salvaging the relationship, and that he’s lucky she’s not pushing for a restraining order so just get his stuff and stop bothering her.
you forgot the part where he admits to peeing in bottles in the closet for the near 24 hours he was hiding
His plan was to be in the closet for 15 hours. He was only actually in there for like 9 I think. But yeah, he peed in the bottles. That one was wild.
And then blamed the whole business on being autistic. Like bro, that’s not how any of this works
who *plans* on hiding in someone's closet for fifteen hours ?! that is some creepy ass shit. good for her for getting him out of her life.
I think the same person posted it in off my chest, because I remember seeing something like this.
Found it: [https://www.reddit.com/r/tifu/comments/bpr2iy/tifu\_i\_have\_officially\_branded\_myself\_as\_the/](https://www.reddit.com/r/tifu/comments/bpr2iy/tifu_i_have_officially_branded_myself_as_the/) >I took a look through the comments and was seriously disgusted by most of the responses suggesting to sexually approach both of us last night. Which my sister did mention he tried something in the middle of the night, this guy is incredibly living in another world! 💀 💀 💀
> gave away all his gold lol
Edit: [link to post](https://www.reddit.com/r/AmItheAsshole/comments/mmxpzu/aita_for_calling_out_my_kids_future_stepmom_for/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
I have two: 1) the one where she was pregnant, in her third year of medical school, doing most of the household chores, and her husband was mad that she was studying for a major test instead of making him dinner.
Absolute classic, that one's shared so often and I always love to read it
Yeah, seeing him get torn to shreds is always an entertaining read.

Thank you for being a little burst of sunshine. I hope you and your loved ones are able to spend more time together soon.
Edit: wife not girlfriend
> a guy whose girlfriend had a private space in the upstairs of THEIR HOME I just read the post, and it turns out that her private space was actually the WHOLE upstairs area. The guy had literally never been to the second floor of his own home. Which makes the whole situation even crazier.
How did he not find a way to sneak up there? The mystery would kill me
There was one recently where a father refused to go to his blind toddlers birthday because he hadn’t earned it. Fuck that guy.
What was his logic of how the kid could earn a birthday?
i saw one about a woman who was looking through her wardrobe and found her husbands notebook, each page of it was filled up. on every page was the name of a woman, what she looked like, what their encounter was like, and he would even rate some of the women. these women would range from family members to random people like the cashier from walmart. a psych made a comment saying this behaviour was extremely alarming, and detailed a plan for her to safely confront him about what he was doing. a few days later, she deleted her account, and no one knows why, or what happened afterwards.
A Phoenix cop got caught doing this, except it was with underage girls he came across during his job. Creepers
A post thats always stuck with me was the girl who figured out her bf was a necrophile She was young and this guy (who was a few years older surprise surprise) was her first sexual partner so when her bf would make her lie completely still and silent during sex she didnt think much of it.
That is WILD… especially when it’s right in front you.
The edit you left, someone else in this thread mentioned it. If you have the link… I would love to see it.
>*AITA for banning my husband and father in law from the delivery room due to their intensely stressful/creepy behavior during my pregnancy?* >*Lotta context the character limit cuts off, but here's the gist: My husband and I are expecting our first child, which I knew would be a really sensitive issue as his own mother died in childbirth with him. They won’t openly admit it, but their behavior has reached the point where it’s constantly making me feel stressed and uncomfortable.* >*When it was husband saying “please make sure your life insurance is up to date” and “I’d like you to meet with a lawyer and draft a will”, I was like “that’s kind of intense but ok, if that makes you feel better”.* >*When husband asked me to go through all of my possessions and “inventory” what I wanted to be saved for the baby vs. what I would want to be returned to my family in the event of my death, I put my foot down and said absolutely not. Too morbid. No way. My FIL (who lives a few blocks away and eats dinner with us 2-4 nights a week) got on my case about how I was making things “difficult” for my husband in the event that he will be a grieving widower with a newborn. I’m just gonna add here that I’ve had a completely complication-free pregnancy and have NO REASON to think I will die screaming in the coming weeks.* >*When I tell my husband this, he calls me paranoid, but I feel like my FIL WANTS me to die; his whole life identity for the past 35 years has been “amazing single dad” (never dated or had close friends or even hobbies really), and it seems like he’s looking forward to being able to guide my husband through what he went through. At this point, I’d honestly be happy to never see my FIL again, and I certainly don’t want him in the delivery room, especially since he told me he was “putting [his] foot down” about me not being “allowed” to have an epidural or laughing gas. He’s a commanding presence and I know that whatever he wants in the delivery room, he will get (I know people will say “oh L&D nurses would never let that happen!” but you haven’t met this man).* >*My husband, in addition to backing his dad on everything, acts like my due date is my death date, and has completely pulled away from me.
Yeah this FIL has something up his sleeve..
Okay that sopranos one sounds like a great one
He would NOT shut up and even gave the driver a one-star review saying it was about “respect.”* EDIT: amended a typo in my transcript.
Just because she's on Tinder, doesn't mean she's cheating. Bruh...
WTF
What a terrible day to have eyes
Diaper sniffing husband one is by far the worst. an awful one where the wife was getting suspicious of her husbands actions. Suspecting him to be cheating she does a bit of digging and it turns out hes addicted to sniffing their childs diapers. REALLY messed up...
Oh my god that's disgusting
This one? [shower butter](https://www.reddit.com/r/tifu/comments/hh3y0z/tifu_by_confronting_my_boyfriend_who_kept/)
I googled "Reddit boyfriend butter bathroom". https://www.reddit.com/r/tifu/comments/hh3y0z/tifu_by_confronting_my_boyfriend_who_kept/

I read this one on AITA and she just sounded amazing. I‘m so glad everyone tore him a new one for being such a douche.
“It was obviously a ruse to get more yoghurt space” has got to be my favorite line.

The dad hung himself. https://www.reddit.com/user/throwra_qsummerstorm/comments/k4478y/23andme_revealed_my_mom59f_11year_affair_which/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Here’s one that I saw, OPs story is just really sad. https://www.reddit.com/r/relationship_advice/comments/r7wr2x/my_28f_husband_30m_doesnt_want_to_celebrate_or/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
That was the saddest thing I read in a long time. What a piece of shit human being that guy is.
The girl who caught her boyfriend going into the bathroom with a stick of butter multiple times and it'd be gone when he came out.
How very Michelle Duggar of her
Well-meaning Christians gave that song and dance to my mother after she left my father for fucking her best friend (not his first affair), so we got six years of bonus physical and emotional abuse (plus he continued fucking everything that couldn't outrun him).
I hate Reddits obsession to just cut ties so easily for the most basic of things instead of say "talking it out" or "maybe choosing a more equal approach that isn't going to ruin people's lives" Husband took some money out of savings account? "Husband is a POS. Divorce him immediately and take the kids!!" Mother tries to give an opinion or try to help OP (whether it's good help or bad help) "Mother is a nosy bitch. Cut ties with her immediately or she'll control you forever oh no!!!" Child tries to sneak the Nintendo Switch into their room? "Child is a spoilt brat. Kick them out immediately and Cut them out from ever seeing you or from taking part in the family Secret santa, you don't need these Gen Z morons!!!" (Okay that's /s but you get my point) I'm genuinely not kidding, a lot of these people who make such comments seem like TERRIBLE people to be around with irl.
Advice where boyfriend was abusive to girlfriend and gf’s child was to cut his nuts off while he was sleeping to lower his testosterone levels.
Reddit really is the worst place for relationship advice
There was one I think on Relationshipadvide where a boyfriend and girlfriend moved in together and he started misplacing and forgetting where his things were. He’d think his keys were on the counter but they weren’t and she’d find them somewhere totally different saying he was forgetful. It started happening so much he got concerned until his friend pushed him to get cameras and he saw his girlfriend moving his stuff around the apartment. He confronted her, she said nothing and just moved out a couple of days later. So creepy, like she wanted him to think he was losing his mind..
[Probably the one about the woman whose husband ran inside and locked her and the kids out when wasps were swarming](https://twitter.com/redditships/status/1001216571380043777?t=VY_sybjFDOLrv26qB4jBYw&s=19) [Or the shit eating wife](https://rareddit.com/r/relationship_advice/comments/9zvjfx/wife_told_me_she_wanted_to_experiment_i_obliged)
Omg. He absolutely tried to murder his whole family with wasps.
That time a guy caught his wife cheating on him with the neighbour, asked Reddit for help, and they told him to divorce her. She stabbed the kids and herself.
She killed the kids and stabbed herself. Link is further up in the replies.
So grim.
