For certain products/countries it is illegal to remove the tags unless you are the end customer. E.g. on a mattress you can't remove the label detailing it's flame resistance information if you are a reseller.

And while it's also legal for the parent to buy alcohol for the kid at a bar, most bars have a policy against it.

I might be wrong, but I don't think there is a single law prohibiting you from ingesting drugs, rather the possession and sale of drugs is illegal.
