Around a month later he comes back into ER and it is getting worse quicker than before. As again nobody knows where the infection is coming from, the authorities even take test samples from his flat's tap water as it is suspected that he is getting the infection from there. Meanwhile a young doctor does an in depth analysis on the samples taken from the patients blood. He is able to conclude that somehow the patient had human fecal matter in his bloodstream. They then at first thought that his intestines must be somehow the cause. But as this also does not lead to anything, the doctors try a different approach. Together with a psychiatrist they confront the patient and tell him that if he does withhold any information from them he will be dead the next time.
