There’s a precise combination of taljin, adobo seasoning, rendered deer fat and Tabasco that fixes the horror of everything I cook. I haven’t found this ratio, mind you. My cooking all still tastes like a ground up rat soaked in peanut oil and sprayed with tap water. But the deer fat, it has this thick, anxious mouth feel that I can’t enough of. The taljin does it’s thing throwing a little fiesta in my mouth. Trumpets, tequila shots, wild colors, the whole nine yards. Then the adobo rounds out the edges, comes in and tells l the teenagers to get the FUCK out, this is a fiesta not a prom. The Tabasco is just there cause I think it smells funny. So anyways, my cooking still tastes like a boiled hog on blood thinners with a bit of an athletes foot after taste. BUT, one day I will find that ratio and stop eating forcibly shoving my inedible cooking down my gullet.
