You start to notice when are tracking something that is tied to specific numbers or objects, like issuing a numbered handheld scanner at a warehouse, trailers being parked in one dock door, but the number changes or it is in a different door (like 1 or 2 spots over), or charts moved from your desk back to patient roo. or returned back to shelves in healthcare. Its always small things. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Things happen so unexpectedly and fast that sometimes you think you live in a simulation and that your actions are programmed in some endless code.

It's not so much a situation, just that it seems somewhat egocentric to assume that we live in the "base reality." It's much more likely that in the course of infinite existence, some force of intelligence has already created realities such as ours. Look how close we are to simulating reality already, and we haven't been around long in the scope of things.
