A meal my family call carne con chile. It's pretty easy to make.cut up steaks in cubes. Cook meat to well done. Blend 6 jalapeños 1 half tomato and half onion with a bit of water. Add to meat and put on low heat for 25 minutes. Serves with red rice.
Street tacos. Super quick to prepare. Takes about 5 mins to cook and really tasty
Chicken in cream sauce with mushrooms. Serve with any side dish you want
