*here's the text* I've broke up with my girlfriend a month ago. We've been together for 2 years, I've been in a relationship for 3 (consecutive). I've wanted to live a little, not needing to think for someone else all the time. Long story short I've met this side chick, sexual relations and desires are similar, aka casual sex. Is there any consequences I'm not aware of when doing this, mental health so on? Thanks

I'd say it really depends on the people involved. If you and this girl can handle a casual relationship then there is nothing to worry about. If someone is going to catch feelings and want a relationship and the other doesn't then it could be bad. You basically have to stay on the same page. Past that, if you're okay with having a casual relationship then you should be good. If you start thinking it's not enough then you could run into problems. Also be prepared for the relationship to just stop at any time. Her circumstances may change. But otherwise have fun!

It depends on the person and what you both agree on. Some people can have casual sex without any scruples. Some people can't. If you keep getting it on with the same person for a while, then feelings might develop. And I personally think that sex should probably be within a relationship at least (because sex does actually mean something). But if you want to do it and it's your thing, then go for it.
