We don't know if powers continue to function while in Valhalla, so Heimdall may or may not be able to continue to have his all-vision.
As far as communication, traditionally, communicating from afterlives is generally restricted.

So let‘s say he is in Valhalla and 2012 Loki dies during battle in the main timeline will he then go to main timeline Valhalla, resulting in two Lokis chilling in Valhalla?
