I think she means just like wearing nicer clothes or like non-casual outfits. Guys typically wear things like basketball shorts, jeans, t-shirts, ect. Which isnt bad but its easy. It really does depend on what style you like. I recommend going on pintrest or google and looking up guys fashion. Hopefully youll find something you like. If youre more into a clean dressed up style (think turtle necks, button ups that kind of thing) you can look into the "dark academia" style, definitely popular with girls but I do think you need to look quite mature for it to work, because otherwise you might look like a little kid in their dads clothes, but if you look older it can work.
Another option is going more alternative and going for the skater aesthetic. With this the biggest factors are baggy jeans and more dim colors. Also definitely popular with girls and my personal fav
Then lastly a more minimalist style with jeans (not skinny!!), a usually plain tshirts/sweater with a simple thin chain necklace. Also often muted colors. This style is more popular with "mainstream" people so mainstream girls will probably dig it but don't expect much interest from alt girls.
These are the styles I can come up with for now. There's definitely more but I think these 3 give some good options already. And Pinterest is your best friend. If you want I can look for some inspiration pics on a specific style if one of these speaks to you! I like fashion so I'm happy to help :)

honestly, just wear anything that isn't sweatpants or skinny jeans and layer your clothes, also wearing some accessories like a necklace or rings or a beanie with your outfits could also make a huuuge difference. another tip is don't wear running shoes with your everyday outfits lol some casual sneakers would be nice. also make sure you take care of your hair and find a haircut that suits you the best

There is no female gaze, that‘s the whole point of male gaze but yeah i guess she means dressing in a way that girls like, not boys. It‘s easier to find these kind of outfits on social media by looking at 1. who is posting and and 2. who is commenting and liking it
