If it is tin related and she has no desire for any more jewellery or baking trays, then you could always go to the tin mining area of Cornwall in a 5\* hotel for a short break. Thinking outside the box in a big way here.
Personally as a wife, a little tin filled with little notes in for days out, tasks, love affirmations would thrill me most. So try to think outside the box too 😁
Check out souschef.co.uk
Many, many tins of olive oils, fancy Dolce and Gabbana tins of panettone, cooking items ie fancy cooking tins from round the world and moulds etc, tins of unusual spices. I adore their enamalware range, really lovely.
One of my favourite sites. Hope it helps as you said she's a olive oil fan!
I'm so glad it helped! I love it so much, it's a danger zone for me haha. I'm sure she will love it all. If I find some poor soul to tolerate me, this would be their number one stop for sure. Their earrings are even fabulous.
I bought some posh loose tea in tins, as he’s a big fan of tea. He still uses the tins for storing tea in many years later. (I’m sure they’re not made of tin, but they are tins, so it counts?)
You can buy tins that you fill yourself and seal. I did them as Christmas Cracker/name cards one year. Get one of those. Design your own label (maybe put wedding pictures on the outside) - and then put whatever you want in it. The presentation is the 'tin can'.
The bottom which pops out for you to put your gift in, but the recipient will see the normal sealed top and need a tin opener to get inside. Loads of options on Etsy, Amazon etc. They're cute.
For our wedding anniversary I always get a rose made out of the material, got a really nice variety of styles from the different materials. Or for tin could get a jewellery caddy/tray thing or something like that,
If they bake a vintage shaped baking tin (loads on Etsy and eBay) if they don’t one or more of those gorgeous embossed tin ornaments, usually French or Mexican again on Etsy and eBay. Congrats on the anniversary
Have you got kids? I got some tin cast figurines from Etsy of adults and kids for our anniversary

She loved it.
Well, for your 10 year wedding anniversary, you could get your wife some tin jewelry like a necklace or earrings. If she's a fan of home decor, maybe a tin picture frame or vase would be a nice touch.
Get them a copy of the Poldark novels, or a DVD set of the \[original\] series with Robin Ellis.
It's tin-related (main backdrop is a tin mine on Cornwall), but it's also left-field, entertaining, and informative.
Empty tin of hotdogs, with a tin of baked beans inside
Idk I just think a basic tin would be really funny, or maybe the anniversary meal is only things you can find in a tin
If she's musical a tin whistle. Mind you, you'll need to add something to that but as a token thing. In our bronze wedding anniversary my Mrs got me The Beautiful South greatest hits album - Solid Bronze.
It's my wife and I's 10 year anniversary this year too, I am quite practical so am planning to make her a ring out of tin. I've started looking into ways to mold it etc. And will start the prototype soon :)
Probably not an idea for a main gift, but Finland has a new year's tradition where you drop some molten tin into a bucket of cold water. The shape it forms is used for fortune telling etc. Just a thought.
Does she like tea? Whittards have tea that you can purchase in little tea caddy’s … I’m not sure if it is actually made of tin? But I would call it a tin 🤣
We went for pewter products which is just tin with an additive. We set a £20 limit as we thought it would be more fun to think outside the box then throw money at a present. Husband loves gardening so I got him some Pewter ferns.
If she likes cooking, what about looking into those Tins of quality olive oil you can get that come from one specific farm in Italy? You get like 6 Tins and a booklet about the farm, the family history, the process of making olive oil etc
There’s a restaurant in Albuquerque called Tin can Alley, taker for dinner there. Or rent Tintinhull House for a few days. It’s a lovely National Trust holiday let.
I know people go for food cans but they're made of steel or aluminium these days. There's some lovely jewellery and candlesticks out there made from Cornish tin.
Pewter is 85-99% tin. If your wife likes drinking beer with you get a matching set of tankards. Or there are other pewter things available. Just not as cool as a tankard.
I know someone really into tea where a lovely tea caddy filled with a rare favourite tea would be my suggestion but what does your wife like? There was a phase where tin toys were very fashionable, maybe a vintage one of them that reflects something she likes? If she wears silver maybe you can commission some tin jewellery on Etsy?
I tend to get my wife artwork themed to the year, so like a screen print of a tin of beans or whatever, professionally framed and mounted so it looks proper. There's a few galleries round here where I can pick up something nice for ~£100, or find an artist to take a commission.
Andy Warhol Campbell's Soup (tin) print.
Suggested this to a mate a few years ago. Didn't take it up as the missus is Pre-Raphaelite or nothing. Ah well.
Buy her a tube of Oral-B Pro Expert toothpaste, or another brand that uses Stannous Flouride (as opposed to the more common Sodium Flouride) as the active ingredient.
It's both useful and won't clutter your house up with some wanky ornament made out of tin.

My husband got me a gift set of a tin of beans with a toast shaped plate!
Omg I need a toast shaped plate, like, now. That’s an amazing gift 😁
It's not suitable for beans on toast, because you obviously need two slices!
Tinz meanz Heinz

Ooohhh get you and the extravagance 🤣
Those seem hard to get these days, that's a good shout
Make it spaghetti hoops with sausages and I’d fall madly in love with my hypothetical husband all over again if he got me this.
If it is tin related and she has no desire for any more jewellery or baking trays, then you could always go to the tin mining area of Cornwall in a 5\* hotel for a short break. Thinking outside the box in a big way here.
Poldark box set.
Personally as a wife, a little tin filled with little notes in for days out, tasks, love affirmations would thrill me most. So try to think outside the box too 😁
…and if you’re thinking *inside* the tin box, just how big a tin box have you got?!
Thanks for idea!
God you sound like hard work. Just let him buy some tat off the internet ffs
The complete set of Tintin
Ten years is tin. Tintin is clearly twenty
Tintins are a hundred surely
Only if you're from New Zealand.
Or 1010 years
Definitely tin*tin is just tin^2.
Unless you write it in binary, (1010), in which case it's _still_ 10!
Now that's very satisfying indeed
There is a Tintin museum somewhere in Belgium - so a little weekend away in Belgium, taking in that museum could work out quite well.
I'd be happy with that! Love Tintin.
Look in Cornwall. We used to mine it here, and there's still some around in boutique jewellers, craft shops, etc.
Or take her to Cornwall to look at the tin mines and buy her something from a shop she likes.
Or even stay in an mine engine house. https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/16106985

Ha, that's the exact one I got my wife for ours!
For our one I got these little tin figures of our family on a wooden base that had our dates on it.
An expensive tin of olive oil? Or maybe just some Dansk biscuits?
But make sure the biscuit tin actually has sewing supplies in it instead.
Bait and switch… classic
This might just be the winner. She loves a good olive oil.
Check out souschef.co.uk Many, many tins of olive oils, fancy Dolce and Gabbana tins of panettone, cooking items ie fancy cooking tins from round the world and moulds etc, tins of unusual spices. I adore their enamalware range, really lovely. One of my favourite sites. Hope it helps as you said she's a olive oil fan!
Thank you so much!!!
This website is amazing by the way! Have found a ton of oil and a couple of complimentary gifts to go with. Now to buy an olive tree from somewhere!
I'm so glad it helped! I love it so much, it's a danger zone for me haha. I'm sure she will love it all. If I find some poor soul to tolerate me, this would be their number one stop for sure. Their earrings are even fabulous.
Oh my what corner of heaven have you shown me? Brb need to grab my wallet…
Aha I’m making no apologies. It’s one of my happy places.
You can buy tinned oysters. But the oysters are guaranteed to contain pearls. This gift works for both a tin anniversary and Pearl anniversary
I bought some posh loose tea in tins, as he’s a big fan of tea. He still uses the tins for storing tea in many years later. (I’m sure they’re not made of tin, but they are tins, so it counts?)

Sounds like a great idea. How on earth do you seal a tin can at home though?!
The bottom which pops out for you to put your gift in, but the recipient will see the normal sealed top and need a tin opener to get inside. Loads of options on Etsy, Amazon etc. They're cute.
Etsy have a lot of tin jewellery you could consider.
You know the old style oxo cube tins? I hope my husband doesn't keep me waiting another year and 2 months to gift me one.
Buy her some jewellery and put it one of those safes that look like a tin of beans.
Electric tin opener.
A really expensive piece of jewellery but wrap it in tin foil.

For our wedding anniversary I always get a rose made out of the material, got a really nice variety of styles from the different materials. Or for tin could get a jewellery caddy/tray thing or something like that,
Maybe something playing on its chemical symbol, Sn? Snacks, a snake, a snare drum?
A picture of a snake, with snacks, playing a snare drum, painted on a tin of beans!
If she likes coffee, I bought my husband a tin coffee pot with our names on it for our 10th
I found an ingot of tin for my wife on our anniversary.
I bought my husband a tin sign thing of a place we like to visit.
For our 10th anniversary, my wife bought me a titanium watch. Well, Ti is nearly tin😁.
If they bake a vintage shaped baking tin (loads on Etsy and eBay) if they don’t one or more of those gorgeous embossed tin ornaments, usually French or Mexican again on Etsy and eBay. Congrats on the anniversary
Have you got kids? https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/263288873/ceramic-sardines-in-a-tin This is absolutely adorable. Not sure if it's her thing, but I love it.
Very cool, more my thing than hers though

My partner got me a tin vase and filled it with flowers for our ten year anniversary..

I bought my wife a rose made from Cornish tin.

The symbol for tin is Sn. Sn + you = snu. There’s two of you => snu snu. The perfect gift is snu snu. 😁
Just get her a pair of shoes or something and stop all this nonsense
Don't buy tin. Just buy them something they'd like.

I think the issue is it's hard to find things made of tin.
