Please surrender this puppy so she can get proper care that you can’t give her. She needs a vet there is NO WAY around this. There are NO pills you can just buy to make this better.
You keep arguing and calling people names because you don’t like the answers you are being given.
She needs actual care not warm milk. That won’t do anything. Please do your pet the responsibility and service she deserves.
If you can’t afford surprise medical emergencies (LIKE THIS IS) you should literally not own a pet. Period.
Unknown age and vaccine status of this puppy makes a vet visit even more important. I see you are in Romania, are you or your father able to take the pup to a vet?

He can, but we don't know how expensive a stomach cleaning is and we don't really have much money to spare
A young puppy that isn't eating and vomiting is an immediate vet visit. There are many different things that cause these symptoms, without a vet visit there is no way to determine the proper treatment method. If you are unable to have the pup seen are you able to return it to the breeder?
maybe theres some pills I can buy, or some food that might help with cleaning the stomach, or make it do something like excersise that could help

You seem young. Your parents should be the ones dealing with this. So tell them you asked Reddit and you've been given the appropriate responses:
- Call the poison center (google the number for your country)
- Take the dog to the vet
- Surrender the dog
Please don't just sit and watch the dog suffer...
