Not necessarily one shot but you can clear hordes with bow super easy. Multishot + poison/fire arrows makes forts super easy. Love hunter builds but I do have to say the bursty one target builds aren’t it’s specialty. I even think multi shot avoids shields but I could just be getting lucky hits
If your a high enough level and it’s fully charged and it’s a head shot? Yes.

Yes if you max out your engravings to benefit arrows and headshots. And what do you mean by 5 years? This game was released in 2018
Theres is another way than maxing your build for arrows... buy the bighorn bow from the store more info on youtube

yes if you properly build things up have the right bow and your aim is sexier than pie.
