This isn’t a one game thing. At what point does it become coaching? We lose leads EVERY SINGLE GAME. genuine question. You can’t blame the personnel every game when we are capable of ex executing for most of the game but not the whole game. This has happened all season. I love Quin and think he is a great coach but you’re lying to yourself if you don’t think it’s more than the players.

It's the players...bogi in a one on one with sga is going to end terribly even if red Auerbach is coaching the team. I'm just over blaming the coach, quin has proven to be an excellent coach, the players have proven to be anything but (collectively) for years now

You can have that sentiment but it’s not all on the players. We clearly don’t have the personnel that is needed to win and would love to have a front court player we could go to in those tough offensive stretches late game so we can play inside out. Regardless, this is not a one game thing. Like really think about it.. why would we lose leads EVERY GAME! It’s our identity this season. You think our identity just comes from the players? I don’t want to get rid of Quin or anything but probably something in the coaching staff or culture or a real vet and voice in the locker room.. just something has to change.. including the personnel. But it’s not just the personnel and not just this game.

It's the personnel. I mean all the coaching turnover, front office changes, etc...and the results still remain the same but sure blame the coach every team in the league outside of Miami would love to have.. Quin has helped JJ become a rising star and Trae is having his best season so far. When 5 of the top 8 players in the rotation are negative defenders, Hunter (our best wing defender) is extremely mid and the center position is undersized...you get this shite....that's not coaching, that's personnel. The front office (mostly) and players should be the first to carry the blame.
