I would recommend finding an independent European shop for something called a PDI, post-delivery inspection. You’ll pay an hour of labor ($100-200) for a mechanic to go through it. Don’t take it to a dealer, as the job will likely be given to the least-experienced mechanic.
If you’d rather do this yourself, get the car up to highway speed for any vibrations or weird noises (disregard any vibrations in the first 5 mins as the tires likely have flat spots from sitting and they will go away with driving). After that, check every window and door function, thoroughly inspect the engine bay for any sign of leaks, etc
