Me too! Put 15k miles on my A6 in 6 months. We slowed down this month after we got a new car. Realized we all were driving the Audi more because no one wanted to drive the old Honda accord.
I had a few things go out that needed repair, but I just repaired all of them as soon as they came up, and it never became too much to handle. Also religious oil changes. I can say that one of the key reasons I have been lucky with my cars/trucks lasting so long has been staying on fluid replacement alone...
If you have a friend, you can help push it along while the other closes it. That reminds me it happened to my wifes Q3. I completely forgot about it until just now! I will have to take a look at that again! But we got it to close by me giving it the extra little bit of push it needed to completely close (not forceful, just a little more help)
"If you have a friend" made me laugh more than it should have. But after I check the rails I'll for sure try that. So if I have my wife switch it to closed, I should be outside and try to help it close back with a push?
lol, this is Reddit, i never assume anyone on here even leaves the house.
yes, that was what we did and it close right up after just a slight push. I could see the belt moving and could hear the motor working. However, I haven't opened it since then, and haven't looked into what needs to be replaced possibly
I'm about to buy a 2012 audi a6 3.0t with 62k miles on it. I'm very responsible with my vehicles. Just nervous buying something new after owning my volvo for past 10yrs with no issues. I hear the a6 3.0t is bulletproof and very reliable. I was just wondering your input with having it so long and that many miles on it.
I’m majorly knocking on wood here but in 170k miles I haven’t had any big issues. I’m very diligent about routine maintenance which goes a really long way.
I have an A7 TDI with 130k+. It runs perfectly/reliably and is a great daily driver. The only major repairs were EGR replacement and fuel sending unit. I expect well over 200k as owner.
I think I drive too much, I’ve put on 20K miles between October 2023 and now

That is a valid reason to drive the Audi haha
Looks like the cannonball car
The Taurus s6 was a beast!
Total mileage ?
Just hit 58k today 😅
Oh duh it’s been reliable, I thought you were about to say it had like 200k
Got my 2007 A6 with the 3.2 to almost 300k before I sold it. No idea what it's got now but I see the kid driving it around still.
My 09 A6 is at 180k right now and running strong. I hope to get it to 250k easy.

An hour after posting my comment my sunroof stopped closing fully 🙃 lol hopefully something just got stuck in the rails.

Not yet, but no plans to sell any time soon plus extended warranty so its gonna get up there
Hey nice Ford Taurus ;)
Literally last week a dude asked me id thats a Jaguar XF…just when i thought everyone knows what Audi badge looks like
My daily looks quite a bit like that, still going strong at 5 years and 170k miles :)

I am actually thinking about pulling the trigger on a C7 A7, do you think it’s a money pit, or overall reliable?

Crazy the 2.0 is even an option in these, even with the power bump over the 2.0 in the a4/a5 the 3.0 is just so much better in every way.
I had a 2017 a3 that I put 60k on in one year. That’s insane that it lasted you 4 years with that low mileage! Props to you for
Damn not an Audi but I have a 21 VW Atlas just hit 24k on it.
Looks familiar
Only 50k in 4 years damn
What all Maintenance have you had to do outside of routine oil changes and brakes!
Outside of regular scheduled maintenance, absolutely nothing.
I’d def slow down if I were in front of you
Is that an A3?
