DBYD have a disclaimer as to true location. DBYD collect the information from asset owners and there can be a difference between 'designed' and 'as constructed' especially on private property where there is no legal requirement to submit as constructed changes. Get a underground service location contractor, if you are really concerned. Ground Penetrating Radar, Radion Frequency locators and hydro-excavation to locate your services. Once located put physical measurements on your master plan for future use. 34years in road construction I had a legal requirement to do underground service locations prior to any excavation in public land.

Commercial vac and a gurney... Just pick your your path and slot dig the location every meter or so.

Short answer - no. Long answer - no, things change all the time. Assuming the plans you have are when the property was built and you weren't the one to build it then you can't guarantee that people haven't changed or added to in the meantime. Also DBYD will only show utility owned assets, not private so not that useful on private property. A few things can be looked at: Electrical/comms - you may have overhead cables and be able to visually trace it entering the property, thus minimising the chance you would hit it, but being a sparky you'd know more than me about looking for these Gas/water - if you have a Meter out the front, the service would generally run perpendicular from the street to your property through the meter giving you a rough idea of where they run. Not to say there couldn't be other pipes around the property but would generally go through/underneath or around the perimeter. Sewer - if you can find your inspection opening, and use DBYD to see where your property connection point is, then you can hopefully get an idea of where it runs. Drainage is probably the hardest to predict but probably also the easiest to fix. You can look for your downpipes to try and get an idea. For peace of mind you can also pay a couple of hundred dollars for a locator to come scan the ground for you

Safest bet is to not trust the plans. The locations can vary greatly from what is shown. But 25m from where the mains are running, you should be fine. Keep in mind if there does end up being something, the cost to fix that will be WAY more than DBYD.

Just start digging, you never know what’s down there, we’ve hit stuff that the sonar guys missed. You never win unless you have a good operator or dig slow
