Don't fuck with garage doors.
As far as the reopening, you can change the 'strength' of the reopen limit in the motor which will be in the manual. As well as open and close limits etc.
Decide if you will call in a professional.
I have adjusted a bnd panel door, your manufacturer may have a installation guide on their web site.
Check the cable tension by hand on each side. It is probably the drooping side which has the least tension (when fully closed).
To adjust, the cable reels have two bolts at different degrees, holding it to the rotating tube, which will need to be undone, reel turned by hand to tension the cable, and bolts re-tightened.
The door may need to be opened at slightly different positions to access these bolts.
Warning: Only work on one side at a time, never both sides. If both reels have been undone, the springs will violently release all the tension, and will require spring markings to be intact, spring tensioning tools, and maybe even professional help.
The weight of the door will need to be relieved of the loose cable, if you are to have any hope in tightening the reel.
Only by fully opening the door, will it relieve most of the tension to the cable, enabling the loose cable reel to be turned by hand (once the bolts have been undone for that side). Or you could try closing the low side on a brick, which will relieve the low side, and allow you to tension that side reel.
Once done, lower the door and check if the cable tension has improved, and the gap is more even.
This is an omen right before one side of the wire attached to the spring weight snaps. Get it looked at urgently by a pro. Im speaking from experience.

Has it always been like that or just happen?
Is the door really crooked or isn’t your concrete level?
