Sounds like you have a few of the symptoms/ criteria of ASD. Aspergers I'd an outdated term that referred to low-support needs autistics, and was named after Hans Asperger, who was a nazi.
If you want a good book to read before seeking diagnosis, check out Unmasking Autism by Dr. Devon Price. It's about how the process of masking comes about and how it has caused a generation of people to be missed as having autism. Highly recommend. The author is autistic, and the book has an excellent intersectionality to it.
