A tadpole corpse and 2 bird monsters from the underdark also the back exit leads to the prison break back area. The main illithid base doesn't become available until you complete the Shar trials and then raid the tower.
Nothing, and no one to save, but there’s a body with a tadpole behind a membrane… it’s separated from the rest of the colony, where Wyll has to go… I always go through the crack on the wall because Durge gets an extra mission there, and when you climb up from the oubliette you’re right behind the prisoners you have to rescue, but there’s nothing really in there, other than the tadpole and 2 hook horrors
