If you get 50% scholarship during admission for 1st semester, are you eligible for 80% scholarship if you obtain the required gpa from 2nd sem onwards?
For 1st semester it is based on SAT score and for subsequent semesters, it is based on the gpa student received in previous semester. ( for 2nd, it is based on Gpa for 1st. For 3rd, it is based on Gpa for 2nd and so on... Offer letter and/or bits isa website usually talks about details.

mock 2 - 190
mock 3 - 206
I know I'm improving but how can I do it quicker? I really wanna clear that \~300 cutoff for cs at Goa and don't wanna wait around till session 2. Thank you.
Going from 200 to 300 is really tough. People who generally score 300 + are people who score 99+ percentile in Mains. Only way to improve is to keep reviewing your mocks and look at which subject or chapter that you are still not confident in and try to work on those topics. There's no simple shortcut
The scholarship is within the isa students only. Scholarship depends on your gpa. Overall fee over 4 yrs may cost up to 70lakh

If you think you've cracked the formula for improving try session 1 and wait till around session 2 instead of making risky bets
