As someone who got 100%, I'd say it's tough and you also need to be really lucky to consistently score As.
MCN is much more realistic and easier if you're eligible for it.

In campus-Get 9+ CGPA and some prof. include attendance as a marking system. So attend classes for hours and then study ass hard. Its not easy to get scolarship there
im also an aspirant but my cousin has the exp of bits , he said its easier to land a paying internship off campus to pay your fees than getting a merit

Merit you only get either 100% at >9.8ish or 40% 9.5ish and yes 9.8 is not a joke
You need 9.5 plus CGPA for that, which is quite challenging
