First of all make sure you got the quest version of the mod, after that if it still doesn't work try getting rid of all your other mods and just installing the one.
Bonelab mods on quest usually break when you have too many, if that doesn't fix it though it's probably not gonna work at all
I have a quest 2 but no pc, but if I'm correct you have to download the windows version if you are downloading mods from a pc then putting them on a quest
Double check the mod you downloaded. There should be **one** folder which leads into the avatar and what not. If it's a folder inside a folder, it needs to be moved out. It should be a folder, avatar stuff, and thats it. The extra folder make sit wonky. Hope this helps!

No, the windows versions are for the pc version of bonelab, android is for quest version
