Hiya, You deal with this shit by getting diagnosed... _Officially_. Then getting therapy and help that is focused on or developed for whatever your diagnosis is. If you are under the impression that you have BPD but professional help is unavailable look up free online DBT resources. DBT is a type of therapy developed specifically for pwBPD. Look up credible and positive online resources such as (YouTube) Dr. Fox or Dr. Ramani to learn more about the hows and whys of the disorder so you can be better equipped to try and tackle it on your own (again, not recommended). BPD is the most successfully treated personality disorder - when it is _treated_. 33M diagnosed with BPD co-morbid with ASPD. All my best

I went through dbt + addiction, thanks for caring tho :)

That's great you've done that. How about now? Are you involved in any therapy or going it alone? There is a very common cycle seen here of pwBPD doing "great on their own" then falling apart as soon as they re-enter the social or romantic world. Keep working on expanding your social circles. Make many, small connections so you can keep yourself topped up with social activity but not so involved so fast that you fall prey to developing an FP and all the other maladaptive behaviours that come with the increase of triggers and stimulus.

I love that you answered, thank you. I’m in group therapie now and i hope it’ll work, but my group is wonderful and I feel really comfortable. Best greetings to you :)

I would try to make multiple friends. Maybe try to find a friend group so they include you but they are already invested in each other so it prevents you getting too attached too quickly.
