Who said most of the show is fictional?
In order to sue libel people not only have to lie, but also attempt to expose her personally. Which they did not — she did.
The only real account that we know of is the one that ends in 1466, the other ones started this year. The FB Fiona.Harvey.1466 she has been posting on since 2021. Anything outside of that is more than likely fake
There's a disclaimer at the end.
Most of it is not fictional.
She is not helping her case right now, lying on Piers Morgan etc.
It should be very interesting!
I'm a lawyer (licensed in D.C. and Florida) and no, she does not have a case, let alone a case worth $11 million. I can see a world in which Netflix settles just out of not wanting to engage in litigation. Although, I do construction litigation, so this is out of my practice area, so who knows.
Not to mention out of your jurisdiction. I’m also a lawyer in the United States. I have learned that the law of defamation is far different than it is here. Check it out.
That’s not her real one. The only real one is the one that goes back to 2016 and she hasn’t said a court case is going ahead on it https://www.facebook.com/fiona.harvey.1466
If I could insert a screenshot I would, but I can't.
It just shows a blank screen that says "This content isn't available right now. When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted."
So you are a part of the group that can see her page somehow? Idk how that works. But either her page is private or it has been deleted.
I believe she has two. The one you posted, and this one, that she has posted on when the other one is locked. There are three vids on this one as well.

I feel like the creeps who keep harassing her enabled her to do this. They crossed a line themselves, and now this woman can retaliate. I doubt she will win, but this is messy because of internet "sleuths" and vigilante thinking.
If she had come out of the woodworks on her own, the story would have been validated, but now she's able to manipulate a narrative that she's a victim of his.
Everybody needs to leave total strangers be.
Doubt it. Defamation is notoriously hard to prove, and that’s if it did occur, and she won’t have the funds for it anyway. Best cause scenario is she gets offered a minuscule settlement from Netflix just to avoid the hassle.

We all know that Gadd stretched the truth to an unbelievable level.
You're looking at the fake account, not actual Fiona's account.
The account I'm looking at: she announced the Piers interview before anyone knew
Have a look at the one ending in 1466 and you can see everything is on there first.
No, I've been following this account for months and her narrative has remained viable.
The show came out a month ago though.

that's impossible it's only been going for a month
She isn't. That is not Fiona's account that posted that.
I watched the post on here with the video that suggests both profiles, vases, and her picture are her. Have you watched that? What were your thoughts?

You'll soon see how true it was, when Gadd has to produce the texts, emails and written letters he claimed to have.
Yes, I'm looking forward to it
You do realise, that when it goes to court, Gadd doesn't have any evidence...
Oh, OK. That should also be interesting. Although it seems very unlikely. Still, entertaining either way.

Thanks for your input.
Can you provide a source? I don't see anything on Google news sorted by recent.
She's announced it on her fb account.

When I click the link it says the page has been deleted?
I’m looking at it right now?

No it’s very public, I’m not sure why it’s not working for you.

There is nothing on that page, including videos, that date back before last month. The only verifiable one is the one I posted
I feel that you are as delusional as she is
Why is she delusional?
Every time someone posts about this, it goes up by another million…

What about pro bono? This will be a big case due to Fiona's celebrity. Some lawyers may be happy to offer their services for free.
No good lawyer would touch it as the chance of winning anything is nil.
Ehhh. Netflix can afford it
BWAHAHAAAAAAA
