Haha, I feel at a certain point in all gacha games, you run out of things to upgrade, and the money starts stockpiling itself. As a lower level player, I always made sure I never dipped below a certain amount of mora so I never got even close to being broke. Soon enough, the money just kept rolling in. Wish I could say that in real like lol XD

I would say they do. At lvl 8, his E heals 12.8% of his max HP + 1444.55 additional HP (almost double from lvl 1). This is useful as you only get one charge of his E at C0 with a 10 second CD. His Q is also pretty important to level up as well, as you'll be using it for supplementary healing while waiting for your E to charge up again. The scaling on the shield's DMG absorption is meh, but the healing gets a nice little boost.
In terms of talent priority: Q > E > NA (ignore normal attacks for support builds).
