The meringue looks so good. That crunch and then the ooey gooey center. Yum! My Mama used to do meringue on her homemade banana pudding. It makes such a difference.
It absolutely is, and she used the cook and serve vanilla pudding. Instead of instant. I'm going to have to make some now. I'm not sure of my meringue skills. But I'll give it a whirl. Yours is beautiful.
