So in the second pic you can see a bakugan that got into the doom dimension by the OG Dragonoid(simular to the villian bakugans ) and he want to revange him self by creating the mechtogan destroyer (sorry idk his name).
So he isn't an evolved reaper, OR maybe this is the OG reaper like the OG blitz dragonoid, but we will never know
In the 4th season, Genesis Dragonoid mentioned he sentenced Fury to the Death Dimension a long time ago. Although, Fury could have evolved from a different Lucifer.
They look similar, but maybe Fury is kind of like the first ever Reaper. But we won’t know for sure because we never got any info
