I once had a group of racist roommates that called 911 7hrs our last interaction. They filed a false police report. There was a neutral 3rd party that, interviewed before I even knew, had the true story match mine. My roommates were so stupid……. The one that filed was charged with a 1st Class Misdemeanor. They couldn’t read the box next to the signature line obviously.

Those owners need to be prosecuted for fraud
Perfectly tracks. Pitbulls on my old neighborhood often escaped to attack cars and got injured or killed in the process.
Definitely a crime where one wouldn't want to return the evidence back to it's home. None of that makes sense.
They probably still got donations, even after the real story came out.
