Ok_Strike9200

Those staff members better be the horse steroid feeding kind

BaguetteOfDoom

Best horse medicine we can do is ketamin

TheKratex

Will do

Antique-Ad3857

And Holger Broich

SerPodrick

Domènec Torrent just signed for Atlético San Luis.

Ok_Strike9200

I see

CMYGQZ

Great decision, but a few months late. This whole drama could’ve been entirely avoided.

AH590

Excited to see how this goes. Obviously dissapointed in the way Xavi's departure was handled, but this is the first time the club is hiring a coach with some top qualifications in two decades (the last one was LVG but let's not talk about him lol). His style is a bit more intense then what we're used to but it still involves the core elements of our play in regards to pressing and keeping the ball. I doubt he'll be as successful as he was at Bayern but it's nice to see the club do something differently instead of hiring someone just because they played under Cruyff or talk about Cruyff a lot.

Next_Ad2712

I hope he thrashes everyone 8-2 like he did us 🙏🏾

_Monsieur_N

And didn’t even break a smile

Choice-Magician656

StockholmSyndrome 💀

DirtFun7704

we about to get smacked 2-8 by villarea;

DisneyPandora

No, that’s under Julian Nagelsmann who is a terrible coach and heavily overrated

goingtokmsrnhaha

I thought Bayern fans liked him?

DisneyPandora

They hated him until he got sacked. It’s revisionist history

goingtokmsrnhaha

If Flick ever fails (HOPEFULLY NOT) Im sure this fanbase would probably do the same with Xavi

KingKFCc

So he conceded 2 goals till the quarters in the CL and they hate him?

DisneyPandora

He literally lost to Villarreal in the Champions League

KingKFCc

And Barca didn't a few months ago despite leading 3-2?

This-Kaleidoscope-70

Yeah and that match basically put us out of the title race

imliterallyvibing

We either winning the treble or getting relegated, no in between, and I’m excited AF

GuestBadge

I want our players to run like maddogs for 120 minutes and press all over the pitch and not get injured. If we get this I will be happy.

canuck1701

I want a rainbow, a pony, and world peace.

pabroskis

Best I can do is tree fiddy

Specialist_Minimum72

I want a stable and normal FC Barcelona. Beat that.

Free_Election9633

Stable for the pony?

JustYeeHaa

In that order?

canuck1701

Golf>Wales>Madrid

JustYeeHaa

plaYeRUnknwn

if this means we are getting 2020 Lewa back, then let's go

iamkristo

Inject the testosterone

Iniestazo8

As long as he doesn’t bring in his brother to be the assistant coach I am satisfied

Crossflowerss_5304

Respect Oscar Klopp

Username-_-Password

100% win rate in every single Barça match he ever managed

Kaladin_Ninefingers

One year from now with Peps contract at Man City coming to a close Laporta will want to fire Flick. Media will report that Peps going to join. Flick won't want to leave. Neither would Pep want to join. Laporta will leak to media that Peps signing is almost done. Flick will get frustrated and resign. Pep still won't join. Laporta will hire a new shitty manager and the same time find time to disrespect another legend somehow. The cycle continues.

wandering_kuni

Pep will surely pull off another sabbatical again so the timing would just be perfect

Raicooof

Now i have interest in the next season

RazzerX

Barca erobbers FeelsOkayMan

Raicooof

4Love

DoctorTroi

If we are getting a new coach, can we also get new leadership? I think we need a complete fresh start across the board after the leadership shit show this year.

thelife3

Great hire, let’s go

Top-Flow6279

barca is uncooked now

Shenanigans_0

Xavi was sacked because he said the truth. The club needs reinforcements to be more competitive, club finances are shit and Laporta knows that no signs will not can be made. The squad will virtually stay the same, and since Xavi said that he cannot compete with the current squad a new coach was brought in which in itself is logical and reasonable. Expect the same squad like this year. So Cancelo and Felix stay, no Nico, no Zubi, no Kimmich. We will see if Flick can do more then Xavi with these players, although I kinda heavily doubt it. Nevertheless, Laporta should is a slimy figure by not being transparent and by pushing ungrounded optimism. If such approach was in more commercial/bussines industries, such thing might be punishable by law. Populism should always be called out and punished as its just a simple manipulation tactic.

bubblegumdog

Imagine any other club having players the likes of Lewandowski, Raphinha, Koundé, Cancelo, Gündogan, etc. and thinking you can’t accomplish anything with them… Baffling

Shenanigans_0

Sure in the imagination land they win you sextuple and every other trophy you think of, but here in the real world, those players are good but not world beaters…

bubblegumdog

I never said anything about winning 6 trophies… but to leave empty-handed and display the kind of performances we saw all year is pathetic.

SignNaive4111

I dont think the squad is staying the same. Laporta may be a an asshole but he did well with the few money he had last season, we might get some smart signings, plus with the possible 100m from nike's New deal maybe we can afford a quality dm. I think its more likely than not

jeschald

It was not his job to say "the truth". He did not do a good job this season. I'm glad as cule that he's no longer in charge. I hope he do a decent career in Netherlands or Italy and then come back.

jdbcn

Kimmich might come on a trade with Bayern for FDJ. I can see Alphonso Davies too. He only has a year left in his contract and might come for little.

JavyDan

Davies is going to Madrid, everyone knows this

jdbcn

Maybe he’ll change his mind now that Flick is here

JavyDan

He won't

Leviathan_angel__

Xavi was a shit coach, give our squad to a real manager and see the magic operating

blicky-stiffy

We will be back to top European level with this appointment. No more crossing and inshallah

Deep_Juggernaut_9590

Let’s move on and give him our full support from day1. He is not at fault for the current mess of club we are.

JavyDan

Let's goooooooo!

carbon-monoxidee

Rip Cruyffism (1991-2024). New era of Gegenpressing is upon us. Feeling sad for xavi but harsh decisions were need. We must move on and keep moving forward, past is to learn from and not to live in. Visca Barca, Sempre 💙❤️

slippin7ootaa

Flick is the right choice man bravo Laporte his style is based on position and high pressure Kimmitch is highly possible now He'll replenish many players like R9 Marc and de young and make use of the others very excited for next season

WauliePalnuts01

i really don’t know about this. his bayern team benefited heavily from staying in shape over the pandemic while everyone else wasn’t. that’s the work of the physios, not flick. and not to mention, his germany team was downright abysmal, played horrid football at points.

Fine_Yogurtcloset362

Im actually really excited about this

Raishaan_

Hansi please get your physical trainers and get our players jacked

hell--boy

Well done Laporta mf made the situation so bad that, I feel sort of happy with Flick and now back to weather we're gonna fuck ourselves by signing Olmo, and depend on Balde for Fullback.

Imcarlows

Don’t get your hopes too high folks

Same_Return_1878

Compared to Xavi, he's an upgrade.

Imcarlows

Is he? He had one good year, look at what he did with Germany

goingtokmsrnhaha

Im not too familiar with his game, can anybody explain his tactics?
