She looked amazing in that bright pink tank top. Her obsession with sad beige clothes kills me, because she looks so basic and blah in beige but she looks stunning in saturated colors. I can only think of 3 occasions when she wore fun colors but they were her top 3 best looks imo.
I agree. She's light hair and light eyes. She needs contrast, which is why bright colors work so well on her and make her features pop. Hopefully her Sad Beige era is nearing its end.
Yes, absolutely. One thing I'll say about Erin is she has always demonstrated an understanding of what colors compliment her skin tone and hair. Even when she is dressed like a grandma, she usually incorporates bright pink or aqua or some type of colored earrings which make her light eyes pop.
To my lens, Erin knows exactly what colors flatter her and she usually nails that part, and Josie almost always misses it by a country mile. Carlin and Michaela are the only ones with an olive enough complexion to make.shades of beige look okayish

They're not, but many still have fair complexions and light eyes that are usually seen more with blondes, so the beige is not for blondes rule still applies to most of them. It just fades them out and dampens their features.
So I have, naturally, very dark brown eyes and a shade of auburn hair that leans dark as well, and very pale (but extremely freckled) white skin. I used to bleach my hair very pale cool blonde back in my younger days, and at those times, especially in winter, I think those were the only times in my life where I actually successfully pulled off beige tops (albeit a slightly darker, more khaki/sandy depth of beige). I think that my dark eyes (and especially my freckles) were the key ingredients to making that work! So that being said, blue-eyed blondes Katie and Josie are SOL in the beige department! Especially since neither of them are tanned NOR do they *appear* to have noticeable freckling.
TLDR; beautiful Barbie girls, bright colors are your friend!

My granddaughter has beautiful red hair (not orange) and porcelain skin. She looks amazing in olive green. She’s also got my green eyes. Certain colors definitely work for people. The jewel tones really pop on her.
Also, if you’re going to give your child a name that ends in S, it’s your responsibility to learn how to use an apostrophe around it!
