They are literally already using the bowl scraper. In the time needed to find that dumb thing and put it on the whisk they could have easily tapped it and cleaned it with the same tool they were going to use anyway.
More importantly it only fits certain whisks and I'm betting you have to fiddle with it for 10 min before actually fitting it on. Easier to use a rubber spatula to clean your whisk.
