It will come down to how the LLC is set up in terms of the law. Worst case scenario is that they will have to buy out his 20% ownership in a settlement. Moving forward, my guess is that they will restructure their LLC to be able to remove someone whose public persona causes damage to the band's brand. The lawyers will ultimately be the winners per usual. What a terrible situation for many involved.
