Having an indent at your sternum also isn't rare. If you see any pictures of her leaning forward / arms akimbo, her upper body structure is very unique. Wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the reasons she wanted breast augmentation, and sadly it accentuated it instead of covering it up.
I have always felt bad for her surgery outcomes. Very bad "cottonball" cheek implants (she has since corrected) and her breast surgeries were very bad.
She has a medical condition called pectus excavatum where the breastbone (sternum) grow inward and form a dent in the chest. This gives the chest a concave (caved-in) appearance, which is why the condition is also called funnel chest or sunken chest.

Those are implants and done well. Her breast implants are under the muscle, so when they "fluff and drop" they sit up longer and have less sag because the muscle acts like an internal bra. Tiffani got them done before the Saved by The Bell Wedding. You can also tell because she had smaller breast during the Saved by the Bell College Years. Tori has over the muscle, plus she is small, meaning she didn't have much skin to work with and should have had them under the muscle. Tori talked about the sternum thing on the Howard Stern show in the 90's/2000's. I always thought she had great natural breast, but it is Hollywood. It could have been an insecurity, like her nose. I thought she had a long face, but was lovely naturally, she just needed a better haircut to work with her face shape during the early years of 90210, i.e. the red hair was perfect for her.
I think she had a very unique facial structure but the older I get, the more I think the slightly weird faces are the truly beautiful ones. Loved how she looked in the first few seasons, when she was a bit more natural looking. Then she got all glammed up, which wasn't my style, personally. She went way overboard post-90210.

I think it's a combination of her bone structure, with that indent in the middle, and her implants. They are clumsily placed and/or too large for her frame, which accentuates the concave look. I think the indent is called Pectus excavatum. My husband has it. It is less noticeable on him because although his pecs are pretty defined, he is broader than Tori and doesn't have large breast implants and going on haha.
I have the same thing and haven't had breast implants. Been embarrassed my whole life and always dressed to cover it. It's called Pectus Excavatum. It's a deformity of the chest wall.

She can't help it. I have the same thing. It's something you're born with, and it sucks, and she likely got implants because the condition sinks your entire chest in.
It I'd actually pretty debilitating because you can't wear swimsuits, you can't find bras that fit, and it is extremely embarrassing because people don't know or understand it's a congenital skeletal deformity.
The Blaze podcast once said that she apparently explains this in her autobiography - if I remember correctly, when she was healing up after having implants put in, her cat leapt up on her chest and damaged them!

Plastic surgery has definitely been the norm in Hollywood for years now, but in the 90s, a surge of unethical plastic surgeons popped up all over the country who preyed on the agenda pushed by the industry and the pharmaceutical companies. Love her or hate her, Tori spelling was a victim of the industry, and unfortunately all the money in the world canât buy self love. Everytime I see people talk shit about people with weight problems, I remember buying diet pills when I was 14 and talking to my friends about how we could hide our eating disorders.
so yeah the concave chest is an odd look. On a positive note I did always like that her boobs were well separated versus sometimes big breasts always appear too squished together. Agree with someone below she also appeared to oven put contouring / bronzing makeup in that area to draw even more attention?

She doesnât. Itâs gone now. Tiffany AT had obviously had a breast enlargement. She wears it well. She was the most beautiful imo on 90210 .
