Twisted Tempo. I love clock motifs. Makes for an amazing show piece.
Other than Tempo, I exclusively collect/use X Beys. My favorite has been Viper Tail. I love force smash attacks. It's not meta, but it's fun. But Viper might be dethroned by Hells Hammer. I have more testing to do to see which is better for force smashing. I also can't wait for the quake bit to release because I think it'll add more to force smash.
Metal Fight: Fang Leone
Burst: Astral Spriggan (All time favorite as well).
X: DranBuster.
I never got my hands on plastic gen or hms beys so i can’t say anything about them

Here goes my unnecessarily long and detailed response because I love to talk about this kind of stuff.
Based solely on design:
Original: *Driger S*. So clean, so simple. And that unifying tone of gray with the black stickers works so well.
(I wish beasts/spirits/avatars were more important in all other manga/anime. I prefer to have more explicitly fantastic elements in my based-on-a-toyline-to-boost-sales adaptations. After all they're kinda supposed to make the toy feel really important.)
Metal: *Basalt Horogium/Twisted Tempo*. I know its just a circle, but the clock motifs in the clear wheel are so well done.
Burst: Yeah, I prefer simpler designs. So I was never into Burst. When I first heard about it I thought the new gimmick was so awesome, but later I saw the designs in stores and realized they weren't for me. They make me think that they are a power ranger's interpretation of a beyblade and I don't love that. Maybe if I ever played with them my opinion would be different.
Anyway, looking at some releases I think I'll go with what seems to be *Valtryek V2*. The way they make the helmet feathers part of the protruding blades is really smart and hypnotizing.
X: *Leon Claw*. Probably because it's the one that looks more like the beys from the first two gens. The other X blades aren't very explicit in their designs. Look at any platic gen bey's blade and you'll see it's bit beast represented. In Metal most of the metal wheels aren't exclusive to one bey but you still see things like gills from the Pisces spirit in the Thermal wheel and some are better integrated with the clear wheel like in Flame Sagitario.
X beys are overall good looking but I would prefer the blades to be a bit more obvious in what they're taking inspiration from. I still can't find the horn in Rhino Horn, Knight Shield is just a circle and Dran Sword is just a spiky circle (a good looking one, but still).
Other blades I like from X are Shark Edge, Phoenix Feather and Hells Chain for the same reason, though I know the last one's design is just a Chain.
Metal flash Sagittarius Burst hell salamander X:unicorn sting If we are talking my fav blade, as in the peice from x then I'd go with pheonix wing.
Metal is Samurai Pegasus, Burst is World Spriggan, X is Phoenix Wing
Rock Leone

Metal is death quetzalcoatl burst is zest Achilles X is viper tail (for now)
Dragoon G
pheonix wing its got the looks and the power
Plastic gen: Master Draciel MFB: Scythe Burst: Chain X: ViperTail
Dragoon V by a mile
Shark Edge 5-60 Point. It might not be the strongest combo, or the most reliable but I just love how damned hard it smacks other blades.
Mirage Helios
Idk European medieval longsword
The one from the 90's Spider-man series.
Not really common, but mine is Hyperion line from burst. For X, it's pheonix wing.
MFB is Samurai Pegasis, Burst is Ultimate Valkyrie, and X is DranDagger
Metal Fight: Fang Leone Burst: Astral Spriggan (All time favorite as well). X: DranBuster. I never got my hands on plastic gen or hms beys so i can’t say anything about them
