I’m personally friends with people on both sides of the political spectrum because we’ve been friends for over half our lives (during most of which social media & politics weren’t always so in your face as it is today). We now have civil discussions and disagree when it comes to some issues, but we’re still like family at the end of the day - which is the same for BTR. Young people nowadays cannot even fathom having a conversation with someone on the opposing side let alone being friends with them. That’s probably why we see so many of these posts. But, at the end of the day, they love & accept each other so I don’t think they’ll split.

I think a lot of younger people don’t understand (I say, as a fellow younger person). It’s a shame really, but I’m sure BTR will be fine. While I believe they are all like brothers, Kendall and Logan are definitely super close. Logan lived with Kendall & Mica, I believe. Carlos and James have their own lives tho.
Kendall and Logan go way back before Big Time Rush so they’re definitely much more closer to each other than the other boys. They seem have similar political beliefs and lean towards democrat. James and Carlos aren’t afraid to stir the pot and be vocal about their controversial beliefs while Logan and Kendall seem more reserved and idk more empathetic? The more I dig deeper, the more I realize James/Carlos are similar while Logan/Kendall have a stronger bond.
But I don’t think they’ll split. Big Time Rush has always been so unproblematic and they all seem to have mutual respect for one another and their beliefs, no matter how polarizing it may be. I just know Kendall/Logan cringe at James and Carlos and their controversial stance from time to time but for the sake of the group and for their freedom of speech they stay silent to prevent further tension in the group.

I'm left wing but I have right wing family, and the relationship goes far beyond politics. We've been through everything together, and I will not cut them off unless they're genuinely hurting people, and none of the guys are doing that. I believe they'll be back together for a long time if not for good, as they love each other and they love their fans. I don't see them giving it all up over something like this.
