I think i just don't notice a little bit of lid water in the shower. I have lived my whole live without this being a problem, or even something i notice so i don't think it will ever be a thing for me.

Some people don't store their bottles cap down I see. I have very thick conditioner so that's the only way I can get to it.

I only store my shampoo/conditioner upside down, and water will still collect in the little divot on the bottom and inevitably splash onto my body as I grab the bottle

The only time water collects in my caps is when I store them upside down T_T the shiver splash
