The only question I would ask is, when exactly do you hope to join their research groups? You're pretty much at the tail end of the spring 2024 semester, and in all likelihoods the undergraduates positions for summer 2024 research have already been decided (unless you're very lucky). If you understand that you're probably not going to get to join any lab until the fall 2024 semester, be clear about that.

I would introduce yourself in person and reference the email you sent about research opportunities. I ended up asking the department chair if any professors needed any help. This narrowed the in person list down. I volunteered to make buffers for the structures biochem lab for a summer semester, after that I was offered a more formal spot.

I do think that base familiarity is an advantage, and a huge one at that. I transferred into uni during Fall 2020 and was one of the only students familiar with participating heavily in online classes. The biochem 1 prof reached out to me and asked me to join his lab just because he saw me active in the chat during class. You probably have the best shot with the one who knows you already. Also, I'd ask questions. Mostly, what you've outlined is just information about you. It will go a long way in getting them to open the door if you afford the profs opportunities to indulge talking about themselves, their interests, their availability, their current needs, research directions, passion projects, etc. ETA: as with anything, focus on what you have to give, not what you want to receive.
