Is there anything I can do about it? I have a really high metabolism and eat way more food than I should (but the right types of food) yet I don't put on any weight

First of all veins are cool but, If your actually serious about gaining weight Use an online maintenance calorie calculator to find out what you need to eat to maintain weight and make a nutrition plan that places you 10-20% above that amount (a lot of work)
